Pip Edwards proved on Monday that she is the best advertisement for her own brand when she stepped out for a walk in Sydney’s Rose Bay in full PE Nation attire.

The 42-year-old activewear designer pounded the pavement in a oversized orange sweater, leggings and a faded baseball cap, all of her brand.

Her look was completed with earrings, several rings and a pair of chunky blue and white sneakers.

During her solo walk, the mother of one kept herself entertained by listening to something on her phone.

It comes after Pip said her main focus was taking care of herself after revealing her private health struggles in March.

Speak against stellar magazine, she said her life was turned upside down almost three years ago after she was diagnosed with perimenopause

Menopause is the natural time in a woman’s life when she has gone 12 months without a period.

The term perimenopause refers to the transition phase to menopause and can be accompanied by symptoms such as irregular menstrual cycles, hot flashes, reduced fertility and sleeping problems.

Most Australian women enter perimenopause in their mid-40s and then start between the ages of 45 and 60.

Pip, who developed symptoms in her late 30s, recalled being surprised by a severe hot flash while attending her 16-year-old son Justice’s basketball game.

“I had to get myself out and was literally in a frenzy to take my clothes off. I thought: this is not right!’ she said, adding that she was so overwhelmed she was reduced to “tears.”
