P.E Nation founder Pip Edwards shares enjoys a ‘sweat sesh’ in the sauna

PE Nation founder Pip Edwards shares her summer fantasies as she enjoys a steamy ‘sweat sesh’ in the sauna

Pip Edwards is a big fan of sauna sessions.

The founder of PE Nation, 42, had a steamy experience Monday as she worked up a sweat and dreamed of summer.

In a photo posted to Instagram Stories, the designer appeared to be posing topless in the wooden cabin.

“Using the sauna sweat to warm up… pretending to be in that European summer heat,” she wrote in her caption.

Pip has previously embraced the benefits of cedarwood saunas, which are said to boost your immunity, increase your metabolism, and detoxify.

While it’s unclear if Pip has a personal sauna at home, the Zen Far Infrared Sauna costs $3,250 and can be used in a private home.

She also treats herself to an infrared sauna session at a wellness center in Bondi.

The post comes on the heels of the unfortunate news of PE Nation downsizing due to “challenging market conditions.”

“In response to the challenging economic environment, PE Nation’s board has taken steps to streamline and restructure the business,” Edwards said in an official press release to The Daily Telegraph.

“Unfortunately, this has resulted in the difficult decision to lay off six employees.”

Pip added: “These measures are in line with the overall restructuring efforts required to secure the company’s continued growth and success.”

The Sydney socialite launched her activewear label PE Nation in 2016 with her friend and business partner Claire Tregoning, turning it into an international brand sold by 600 individual retailers in 95 countries.

Earlier this year, Pip had to deny rumors of an argument with Claire, whose office had been vacated after a months-long absence and turned into a “creative space.”
