PE Nation co-founder Claire Tregoning buys $1.5 million ‘fixer-upper’ in Byron Bay after divorce from husband Timothy
PE Nation co-founder Claire Tregoning has bought a property in Byron Bay after selling her home in Avalon Beach for $6.45 million.
The 42-year-old designer spent $1.51 million on the “fixer-upper,” The Daily Telegraph reported.
The 1980s house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and original features such as exposed wooden beams and VJ walls.
The property, which also has its original kitchen, is located on a block of 650 m².
The purchase comes after Claire sold her luxury home in Avalon Beach following her split from her filmmaker husband Timothy, 40.

But in February, Claire broke her silence, saying they “still love each other.”
“It’s very amicable, we still love each other, we co-parent and he remains a good friend,” she told The Sydney Morning Herald.
“Things change and that’s exactly what happened for us, but we get through that with a lot of respect and support for each other.”
