“The only bad thing about sharing your life with a dog is that they don’t live as long as we do. He will walk by your side forever.”
Ozzy’s band Black Sabbath also posted a photo of him and Rocky together on their official Facebook page to commemorate the dog’s passing.
The singer has recently needed a cane to walk due to symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, and he also takes medication to treat the disease.
Ozzy was diagnosed in early 2019, but it took almost a year before he informed his fans of the diagnosis in January 2020.
After sharing the news, Ozzy was forced to cancel his 2020 tour. He also canceled a comeback performance at last year’s Power Trip festival after undergoing surgery following a fall.
But Sharon is optimistic and thinks he will perform again, if only to say goodbye.
The talk show host confirmed that her husband would perform two farewell concerts in Birmingham, England.

And following her recent confession, Ozzy spoke candidly about their lifelong relationship on The Osbourne’s Podcast, alongside his beloved wife
The musician and his wife Sharon have made some dramatic revelations recently about their tumultuous marriage of more than 40 years.
Sharon admitted on stage last week with her friend Jane Moore on their show Cut The C**p that she tried to overdose after finding out Ozzy had cheated on him with a hairdresser, which lasted from 2012 to 2016.
Following this shocking confession, Ozzy spoke candidly about their relationship on The Osbourne’s Podcast.
“Sharon is like my soulmate, sometimes I love her, sometimes I don’t love her, sometimes I’m mad at her, sometimes I’m crazy about her, sometimes I’m really jealous of her, sometimes I want to fucking kill her,” he said — as she sat with him in the studio.
“But at the end of the day, I love her more than anything in the world,” he continued.
“Let’s put it this way, I couldn’t live without her, I don’t want to live without her. And my love for her is greater now than ever.”
Sharon added: ‘Ditto’.

Sharon found out Ozzy had cheated after she went through his emails, which caused them to split up for a while
Sharon said this while on stage with her friend Jane Moore at her Cut The C**p show: ‘He always, always had groupies with him and I was so used to it.
“But if he knows the person’s name, where they live, where they work… then it’s a whole different thing, because you’re emotionally involved. I took, I don’t know how many pills.
“I just thought, ‘My kids are older, they’re fine and can take care of themselves.’ So I OD’d and locked myself in the bedroom. The maid tried to come in to clean the room and saw me.”
When Sharon discovered Ozzy’s misdeeds, she confirmed on her 2016 talk show The Talk that she had split from the Black Sabbath rocker, whom she married in 1982. She thanked her fans for their support.
She said: ‘I’m 63 years old and I can’t live like this any longer… I’ve been avoiding looking at pictures or reading anything. I know what’s going on.
“I don’t need to read about it or see it. It’s like rubbing salt in the wound. I don’t need to… He’s back, and now I’m out of the house.”
In 2019, Ozzy praised Sharon as a “god” for taking him back after their affair.
In an interview with The sun newspaper, he said: ‘Sharon and I have never been closer than we are now. It’s amazing. Sharon is a god.
He said: ‘We all make mistakes. I’m lucky she took me back. Sometimes I sit there and think: ‘What the f*** was I thinking?’ I won’t understand why it happened until the day I die.’
