Owning Manhattan agents in behind-the-scenes CHAOS as Netflix show prompts in-fighting and scathing accusations – despite boss Ryan Serhant insisting there are ‘no bad apples’

Owning Manhattan has been captivating viewers since the new real estate series hit Netflix last week, with some claiming the drama is better than its predecessor, Selling Sunset.

The eight-part series follows the eponymous company of real estate magnate Ryan Serhant and his elite army of agents as they compete for the most exclusive luxury properties in New York City.

With so much pressure, drama is inevitable on screen, but tensions have also reached boiling point off camera. Cast members include Jonathan Nørmølle, Jade Shenker and Chloe Tucker Caine, who are embroiled in heated feuds following the fallout from the hit series.

Nørmølle, 27, has made it clear he has no regrets about his actions, for which he was fired in the last episode.

He has since been heavily criticized by his former boss Serhant and colleague Shenker for his behavior toward fellow brokers and the scathing comments he made about them in a now-deleted podcast.

Tensions continue to rise off-camera as Ryan Serhant’s collaborators react to the fallout from their new show, Owning Manhattan

Now insiders have revealed that his actions came as no surprise to other agents, many of whom initially had reservations about the decision to hire him.

“Not only was his behavior toward others a cause for concern, but some believe he exaggerated his level of experience before joining the company,” an insider claimed.

Elsewhere a second source revealed that Nørmølle has taken revenge on Shenker’s recent claim that he is “fake” by telling everyone that she would not be on the show at all.

“He keeps reminding everyone that Jade wasn’t even in the original cast,” a second insider revealed. “There was another agent who eventually dropped out and then Jade was allowed to join the show.

‘Jonathan thinks she just wants 15 minutes of fame and believes she hasn’t even sold as much real estate as she claims.’

Caine has slammed Shenker on Instagram after she revealed to DailyMail.com that she blocked her co-star for allegedly trolling her on TikTok.

“You’ve seen five minutes of something that’s been going on for months,” the new mother fumed in a reaction video on Instagram. “And you think I’m shady?”

Caine then posted screenshots of the pair’s recent phone conversations as she clapped back, “Really??? Are we not good friends now? This is how many times we’ve spoken in the last 48 hours alone…

Jonathan Nørmølle, 27, has made it clear he has no regrets about his actions on the show, which saw him fired in the final episode

After being criticized by former colleague Jade Shenker, sources have revealed that the outspoken realtor still shows little remorse for voicing his opinions about the cast

‘Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice?! (I don’t remember how this saying ends, but you get the drift!!!) ALWAYS HAVE BEEN, ON A HUNGRY FAMOUS.’

The successful realtor then claimed that she was the one who introduced Shenker to the person who helped her secure a $42 million building and who first made her a Serhant broker.

Shenker was quick to respond with a series of rebuttals on her Instagram Stories, as well as posting comments directly under Chloe’s posts, seemingly unfazed by her estranged friend’s claims.

Caine later became embroiled in an online conflict with another former employee.

Former assistant Lindsey Welch was a source of conflict between Caine and fellow agent Jordan March, after the latter hired the assistant shortly after Caine decided to part ways.

The issue led to a heated exchange between Caine and March in the series’ second episode, before they later resolved the matter.

However, the comments about Welch appear to have angered the employee, who wrote on Instagram: “Put me in the closet too because you said you ‘fired’ me when the truth is it never happened between us because you were an incompetent officer.

Elsewhere, Chloe Tucker Caine publicly expressed her anger on Instagram after Shenker accused her of being a troll on TikTok

On the show, the two clash over how Caine behaved after Shenker opened up about the secret breakup of her marriage to ex-husband Matt Denham

“And I forgot to mention that you texted me asking to come back, but you have to leave now.”

She added: ‘Let’s be honest, I taught myself everything I know through trial and error because no one else put that in me.

“On Chloe and Jordan’s team, I was the one who made $59,000.00+ in sales that hit market value. I didn’t get accredited for anything.”

Welch continued, “It was extremely painful – especially seeing others rewarded for mediocrity. It took me over a year to grieve and heal from that disappointment. I took it on my conscience and have since started over as a solo agent.”

Caine responded on Instagram, writing: “Let’s just nip this in the bud now because people are happy to come out and twist the story to get their 5 minutes. Un-f**king-believable.”

Caine took to Instagram to criticize Shenker’s comments and also denied her claims that the pair were no longer good friends

Shenker quickly responded to the posts with sassy comments and rebuttals on her Instagram Story — which Caine continued to push back against

She then shared a screenshot of a comment where she had said, “Okay girl. You were accepted by every realtor in New York and were the first to be accepted, and even TWICE by Serhant.

“I thought you were doing great and I really wanted you to succeed. I still think you’re very talented and you were just going through a tough time, so I kept reaching out to you and checking in on you. My bad.”

She added: ‘Your actions were inappropriate and reflected poorly on my team and I let you go. Jordan eventually did too. It is what it is. End of story.’

Welch responded, “Hey girl, worry about closing a deal and taking care of your kid instead of posting about my sex life on the Internet.”

A third source said Welch was “shocked” to see Caine — who she worked with in 2022 — talk about her on the show.

“It appears Chloe didn’t consider the impact her words and comments online would have on Lindsey’s life and career,” the insider said.

Meanwhile, a fourth source confirmed that Welch was fired from March’s team after working with the agents for nearly a year.

“Jordan ultimately split with the assistant because her behavior toward team members was a problem,” the insider said.

However, Caine soon found herself embroiled in a new online conflict with a former employee who worked for her and fellow Serhant agent Jordan March (pictured)

The comments about Lindsey Welch on the show appeared to anger the employee, who shared her side of the story on Instagram

Caine hit back again, claiming that Welch was fired because her “movements were inappropriate and made a bad impression” on Caine’s team – which Welch denied.

Caine recently announced that she would no longer share her issues with her fellow cast members on social media and would instead focus on her work.

The recent drama emerged after boss Ryan Serhant told DailyMail.com that he has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to misconduct from his staff.

The world-famous broker and CEO, 39, fired Nørmølle after he smeared other brokers and accused him of tarnishing the company’s reputation when he viewed a $10 million property.

“I have a one-strike policy for toxicity and negativity,” Serhant explained. “There are no bad apples. What you see me go through on the show is that while that term is easy to say, it’s hard to put into practice…

‘Sometimes you see bad behavior and I think: you shouldn’t be allowed to work here anymore.’

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Chloe Tucker Caine, Jonathan Nørmølle, Jade Shenker, Jordan March and Lindsey Welch for comment.
