It was only weeks after filming began that Helen was forced to reveal her hidden romance, leaving the experts stunned in silence.
Her confession follows rumours that she became close to former footballer Robbie while filming the series.

In Tuesday’s episode, Helen and the other celebrities test their skills in a thrilling game.
It led to Helen telling experts Paul Carrick Brunson, Anna Williamson and Dr Tara Suwinyattichaiporn the truth, ending the lighthearted game.
She said, “Unfortunately, I compare everyone to him. And that makes it really hard now when I’m dating.”
Surprised, Anna interrupted: ‘Excuse me, you have a boyfriend? Why on earth didn’t she tell us?’
Helen continued: ‘My feelings have only become stronger and more intense. I could imagine that this man could be something very sweet at home. I think I am in love with him.’
The new flame hasn’t stopped the former Corrie star from appearing on the E4 show. According to reports, bosses have now included her relationship with the former Morecambe striker on the E4 show for the first time in the series.
A spokesperson for the show said producers learned she had a new love during filming and were asked to be transparent with agents.
Helen and Robbie then met with the officers together and it was decided that Helen would no longer date members of the public – developments which will be shown from episode 10 onwards, reports The sun.
Sources previously claimed that Robbie was on set with Helen when she filmed the dating show, which follows a group of single celebrities looking for love, but that didn’t stop the soap star from kissing a date named Luke in one episode.
A spokesperson for Celebs Go Dating said: ‘During the filming of Celebs Go Dating, executive producers discovered that Helen Flanagan was in a relationship outside of the CGD process. When this came to light, Helen was asked to be transparent with the agents and her fellow celebrities on her next day of filming.
‘As per the show’s guidelines, all participating celebrities must be single. After discussing the situation, it was decided that Helen and her partner, Robbie, would meet with the agents to assess their compatibility, and Helen would no longer date members of the public. These developments will be featured on the show from episode 10.’
Anna previously revealed that Helen came very close to being kicked out of the show after breaking one of the agency’s rules.
Anna spoke about the juicy series: The sun: ‘Helen, I really love her.
‘What I will say about her – and I don’t want to give anything away – is that Helen has the biggest cliffhanger in a storyline that we’ve ever had in the history of Celebs Go Dating.
“Helen was almost thrown out of the agency two weeks ago. She did something major that goes against all the agency’s rules.”
Helen appeared in the long-running series and has previously spoken about her dating struggles after splitting from her ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair.
A source told The Sun: “Helen tried to keep the relationship a secret because of Celebs Go Dating. But that has become difficult as their feelings for each other have grown. It came to a head when she was questioned by dating agents about why she wasn’t pursuing connections on the show.
‘The only rule of CGD is that stars have to be single. But E4 bosses wanted to keep her at all costs, so they found a way to write Robbie into the show.
‘Sources on set have seen him filming with Helen. While it is not known how E4 will justify the fake, viewers will feel like they are trying to pull the wool over their eyes.’
