Two beachgoers have sparked outrage after moving a scooter parked in a car park at a popular beach.

A TikTok video uploaded on Thursday shows the two men picking up the scooter and carrying it away to make room for their car on Sydney's Bondi Beach.

One of the men callously kicked the rider's helmet, causing him to fall to the ground.

The duo can be heard laughing in the video, which is captioned, “POV: It's Saturday and you need to find a parking spot in Bondi.”

A spokesperson for Waverly Council said the bike's owner was allowed to use the car park and said people should be mindful of other vehicles.
