Amanda Owen, from Our Yorkshire Farm, has broken her silence after her ex-husband Clive’s rival show finally aired.
The show, Beyond Yorkshire Farm: Reuben and Clive, sees the couple launch a digging business together and does not feature the shepherdess.
After the first episode aired earlier this week, Amanda, 48, took to Instagram to share photos of her children on a dark and misty night on the farm.
She wrote in a now-deleted post: “The stars at night,” later adding “Let there be light.”

It comes after Channel 5 confirmed last month that Our Yorkshire Farm would not be returning following Amanda and Clive’s split after 21 years of marriage.
The chief facto, Daniel Pearl, said Mirror: ‘The Owens have become everyone’s favorite farming family and millions have enjoyed watching their unique lifestyle. It’s great that we can now all follow Reuben and Clive on their next adventure.
“We remain absolutely committed to the entire wonderful Owen family and look forward to announcing new projects with Amanda very soon.”
Amanda reunited with her former co-star Clive last month to attend their 21-year-old daughter Raven’s graduation from York St John University, where she had been studying biomedicine.
The pastor, who previously said she and Clive would continue to raise their nine children, shared photos, writing on Instagram: ‘A first class week for Raven. What an incredible achievement.
‘So proud to see her graduate from the glorious @york_minster_official @yorkstjohn. No amount of rain could dampen our spirits.

Amanda made her first TV appearance alongside Clive in 2011 on ITV’s The Dales, before they got their own Channel 5 show Our Yorkshire Farm in 2018.
However, in June, after months of rumors about the status of their marriage, Amanda and Clive released a joint statement saying they had made “the difficult decision to separate”.
She met her husband in 1995 when he was already divorced and had two children, after she came to his farm as a 21-year-old trainee pastor.
It didn’t take long for the couple to get married, quickly followed by five children.
The couple appeared as regulars in Adrian Edmondson’s 2011 ITV documentary series The Dales along with Reverend Ann Chapman, the vicarage of four small churches, and various other people living in rural Yorkshire.
The public quickly fell in love with the couple and their unusual love story, dubbing them the ‘Kardashians of the Countryside’.

They began making more media appearances and giving interviews to the media about their family, with Amanda regularly opening up about life as a mother of nine children.
In November 2015, the family appeared in an episode of New Lives In The Wild UK with Ben Fogle, a Channel 5 show made by Warner Brothers’ Renegade Pictures.
By this stage, Amanda was resuming her own media appearances, as well as releasing her first book The Yorkshire Shepherdess.
In 2017, he released a bonus tome A Year in the Life of the Yorkshire Shepherdess and was featured on BBC Radio 4’s The Museum of Curiosity.
The family’s popularity led to their own observational documentary series on Channel 5 called Our Yorkshire Farm, which began in 2018.
It quickly became a hit and was one of the most popular shows on the channel with more than three million viewers watching each episode.
By 2019, Amanda was releasing a third book, Adventures of the Yorkshire Shepherdess, and was the subject of Radio 4’s On Your Farm.
Meanwhile, he also appeared on the Trees A Crowd podcast with David Oakes.
Meanwhile, Our Yorkshire Farm became an unlikely blockbuster, proving the most-watched show in a 9pm time slot for two weeks in a row in August.
At the time, viewers called the show the best TV series they had seen in years, with many saying they couldn’t wait for the next installment.
The shepherdess began making solo appearances on a variety of television shows, becoming a regular guest on shows like Lorraine and This Morning to offer commentary on parenting and farm life.
Meanwhile, Amanda appeared as one of four celebrities traveling with a 360-degree camera in series two of BBC 4’s Winter Walks, with her episode featuring a journey through Wensleydale and Raydale.
She also filmed a couple of features for Live: Winter on the Farm, broadcast on Channel 5 between 6-9 December 2021 and appeared as a featured guest on Radio 4’s The Poet Laureate Has Gone To His Shed with Simon Armitage.
Meanwhile, he released two more books, Tales From the Farm and Celebrating The Seasons, both of which he spent a lot of time promoting.
In November last year, neighbors told MailOnline that she and Clive had been living apart for months after she “was in the spotlight” on his Channel 5 show.
Amanda has moved into her rental property on Ravenseat Farm Road in Swaledale, where Clive has been staying on the farm, villagers said.
It was understood that Clive was “desperate” to repair their relationship and “feared” that their marriage would end in divorce.
Meanwhile, Amanda continued to give interviews to the media saying she “had no regrets” inviting the public into her life through Our Yorkshire Farm, despite reports that her fame left her marriage on the rocks.
But earlier this year, the couple confirmed that they had split.
The news left fans of the show dismayed, but it didn’t come as a surprise to the couple’s friends.
A source close to Clive and Amanda said: “It’s really sad for both of them to come to this, especially with such a big family and some of them so young.
It’s been an open secret across the valley for a long time that they’ve been having issues and living apart.
“Amanda has been living in her holiday rental, a cottage less than a mile away from Ravenseat and Clive has been staying at the farm where he has always been.”
locals talking to Sun have claimed the split came after there were “rumors for years” that she had befriended a cameraman, though they said there was “no indication of an affair”.
After the split, TV pundits said Amanda planned to ‘go solo’ having booked meetings with TV executives and even hired a PR agency, explaining: ‘This is now your golden opportunity to shine and start to earn millions as a solo product, through both brand endorsements and a new show.’
Saying there’s “absolutely no reason” she couldn’t run a series on her own, they added: “Amanda has everything going for her, likeability, knowledge, beauty, PR and most importantly, she’s a natural on camera. “.
