Oti Mabuse has candidly admitted she feels her body has 'changed so much' as she returned to her dance studios ahead of Dancing On Ice on Saturday.
The professional dancer, 33, who welcomed her first child with husband Marius Lepure just three weeks ago, revealed it was “really nice” to be dancing in the studio again.
Although the Strictly Come Dancing star understood it had only been three weeks since her birth, Oti was shocked by how 'soft' her body was during rehearsals, leaving her 'exhausted'.
In a video on Instagram, Oti told her fans: 'First day back teaching at school, it was so nice to see everyone, really nice. All teachers, all students.
“Guys, when I tell you, my body has changed, of course my body has changed like I pushed out a head, two lungs, two eyes, two legs, two arms, yes… but everything is soft.

Although the Strictly Come Dancing star understood it had only been three weeks since her birth, Oti was shocked by how 'soft' her body was during rehearsals, leaving her 'exhausted'.
“Like I was walking and my ankle gave out. When I go down my legs are like “you need help getting back up” like I would spin around and my organs would come after me, but I loved it.
'I love dancing in the studio again, with our students and teaching and everyone was like “did you miss us?”, I was like “yes! I danced in the living room, changed diapers and when someone gets fed a bottle” . I missed it and I missed them, they are my people.
'It was an experience, but I'm exhausted now, but I had such a good time with the group lesson and the private lessons, everything. But my god, I'm tired and everything is soft.
Oti recently looked as glamorous as ever as she caused a storm in the first official Dancing On Ice 2024 photos.
In the shot, Oti cut a glamorous figure in a white one-shoulder dress, which she styled with a pair of glitzy jeweled earrings.

New hosting duo Holly Willoughby and Stephen Mulhern were also featured in a shot, following Holly's last minute decision to return to the show following her departure from This Morning.
After pondering for weeks whether to host the ITV skating show, she signed the deal at Christmas and is said to be 'excited' to get back to work on the show she co-hosted for many years with her former boyfriend Phillip Schofield presented.

In no time, Oti and her husband carried Marius festive onesies as they lovingly cradled their newborn and beamed from ear to ear.
She captioned the post: “Merry Christmas Wishing you all a wonderful festive season and special memories with loved ones.

Oti and Marius announced they were expecting on August 26, revealing their surprising baby news live on the expectant mother's ITV breakfast show.
