Oscar Pistorius ‘wants to become a father and get married’ after beginning relationship with Reeva Steenkamp doppelganger after being released from prison for murdering the model
Convicted murderer Oscar Pistorius has set his sights on becoming a husband and father as he has found romance with his first girlfriend since killing Reeva Steenkamp, MailOnline can reveal.
The embarrassed Paralympian, 38, has started a relationship with millionaire’s daughter Rita Greyling, 33, and locals near his Pretoria home say the Blade Runner has fallen head over heels in love with the businessman who bears a striking resemblance to Reeva.
The couple have been dating for three months and were spotted dining at a restaurant called ‘Goddess’ near her family’s farm in Waterkloof, South Africa.
A source who spotted them emerging from his Range Rover a fortnight ago said: ‘Oscar is clearly in love with her and he only took his eyes off her to make sure they weren’t being photographed or followed.
“They looked like they had been dating for ages.”
Another source said: ‘While drinking his coffee, he hid under an umbrella because he felt uncomfortable being seen. But he was talking about how he wants to have a wife and have his own children.
‘He hasn’t mentioned Rita, and I haven’t seen them together, but he’s in the right place in his life to be falling in love.
‘He has been released on parole for a year and without any problems. He said he spends much of his time reading his Bible and spending time in his room with his Uncle Henke.

Pistorius (pictured in court in 2013) served nine years for shooting 29-year-old Reeva on February 14, 2013, claiming he mistook her for an intruder. He was released on parole in January.
‘I’m not surprised that he keeps his girlfriend calm. He still has a long way to go with his parole. But at least he’s on the right track.’
The killer, who has still not confessed to his crime, has four years left on parole and is not allowed to drink alcohol or handle weapons.
He should also avoid the nightclubs of Pretoria and Johannesburg and live as reflective and secluded a life as possible.
He is visited on random days and times by probation officers from the South African Department of Correctional Services, who check on him to see if he is staying out of trouble.
Pistorius is also undergoing anger management sessions to curb his violent behavior, which led to Reeva’s shooting.
Rita is a successful businessman and a farmer’s daughter who will one day inherit his millions.
She is one of three adult children of South African mega-farmer BP Greyling, 62, who owns sheep and cattle farms on 42,000 hectares of prime land and has won awards for his expertise.
Based in Johannesburg, she is involved in helping Chief Financial Officers in Africa and the Middle East excel in business.

She attended Ermelo High School in Mpumalanga and passed Matric in 2009 and then graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
And MailOnline can reveal her long-standing family ties to Pistorius.
Rita is an old friend of his cousin Arnoldus Pistorius, who has traveled abroad with him.
Five years ago, she and Arnoldus, both graduates of the University of Pretoria, were together in Lijiang – a historic medieval city in China’s Yunnan province, where the Pistorius family is believed to have had business ties.
Rita and Arnoldus, who are now married, went fishing together months later and were photographed side by side on a boat.
The Pistorius and Greyling families have known each other for decades and several members of Oscar’s family follow Rita on her social media, including his brother Carl on Instagram.
Oscar’s uncle Leo, 62, follows Rita’s father on Instagram.
Leo’s wife Hermine is Facebook friends with Rita and her brother Ghini and another Greyling family member named Hella.

The business link between Rita’s grandfather’s farm is the agricultural companies of H Pistorius & Co who have been working with Rita’s father for some time.
H Pistorius and Co was founded in 1944 by Hendrik Pistorius, Blade Runner’s grandfather. Oscar’s father Henken was one of the four sons of the deceased businessman.
Pistorius served nine years for shooting 29-year-old Reeva on February 14, 2013, claiming he mistook her for an intruder. He was released on parole in January.
Reeva’s father Barry, who died last year at the age of 80 “with a broken heart”, had questioned Pistorius about his daughter’s murder.
He visited Pistorius in prison and asked him to swear on the lives of his own family that he had not deliberately murdered his daughter.
But Pretorius was unable to answer, which the grieving father said was a telling moment.
