The power couple behind the Oroton fashion empire have put their luxury horse property on the market, with the estate expected to sell for more than $37 million.
Tom and Emma Lane have put their luxury ‘Copperstone’ estate in Bangalow, in the Byron Bay region on the NSW north coast, up for sale, after purchasing the farmland in 2021 for $3 million.
Copperstone is the latest property in The Range Estates portfolio and features 19 hectares of idyllic countryside.
The couple developed the farmland with an admiration for European design and spared no expense on the property’s long list of luxurious amenities.
The estate features a wellness center with sauna, steam room and ice bath, a tennis court, a pool house with a 25-metre mineral pool, a games room, walled gardens, a fire pit and a private ‘sandy beach’.
It also features stables for the horses and an impressive dressage area with a cross-country ski run and trails to explore on horseback.
The property, which is being sold through estate agency Kim Jones & Co, will break the record for the north coast region, set by another Lanes property.
In 2023, the Lanes sold their luxury retreat The Range in the Byron hinterland for $33.6 million.

The power couple also sold their home called Wirramirra in Bowral – the largest town in NSW’s Southern Highlands – earlier this year.
The property was renovated and sold after just eight months for $14.5 million to former V8 Supercars driver Paul Weel and his wife Emma.
The Lanes are also planning to sell another property they bought last year for $8.3 million, located next door to Hollywood CEO Liam Hemsworth.
Tom Lane is the grandson of Boyd Lane, the founder of the Australian fashion empire Oroton.
Founded in Sydney in 1938, Oroton started as an importer of luxury European textiles and quickly moved into designer handbags.
In 2018, the brand launched its first full ready-to-wear collections under creative director Sophie Holt.
