Oregon man, 19, caught on camera threatening to rape and kill his terrified black neighbors before stabbing their door with a knife and saying he wants them to be WHIPPED

Shocking footage shows the moment a man hurled racist slurs and threats of murder and rape at his terrified black neighbors in their Oregon apartment complex.

Shirtless Dominic Austin, 19, is seen banging on the door while making sinister threats, pacing menacingly in front of the mother and daughters’ doorstep.

He even stabs their front door with a knife and in one clip you can hear him say, “I’ll fucking rape your daughter, bitch.”

“You’re about to get killed,” he says in another message, before adding ominously: “Call the cops, bitch.” You also hear him mutter angrily about slavery, before claiming that he wants the women to be beaten.

The tenants on the other side, Nubrittany Smith and her elderly live-in mother Tasha, say they have been subject to such behavior since June and have filed a restraining order against Austin.

However, Austin was only served an eviction notice this week before being arrested Wednesday for threatening the women and violating Smith’s Aug. 23 protective order.

In his arrest report, Gresham Police officers wrote how Austin violated the stalking order at least a dozen times, repeatedly coming to the mother and daughter’s door to harass them while appearing increasingly unstable.

Smith said she reported the threats to police after “every event” — with videos taken from her Ring Security Camera appearing to show Austin’s escalating behavior, which she said took a turn for the worse on September 8.

According to documents obtained by KOIN, at that time, Austin had been officially notified by The Landings at Morrison management that he was being kicked out of the complex due to a provision in his lease that tenants would be evicted within 24 hours if they ever did so . threaten another tenant.

However, the newspaper reported that an eviction notice was not served on Austin until Monday, giving him about two weeks to ramp up his campaign of intimidation against the two women, who moved in in June.

The threats began soon after, when the family filed their first formal complaint against Austin on June 30.

Yet no action was taken until this month — and an arrest wasn’t made until Wednesday, hours after KOIN exposed Austin’s alleged behavior.

Footage posted by Smith on social media further corroborated her and her mothers’ claims, showing Austin making death threats to the couple through their locked door.

He remains shirtless in all the videos, all of which were shared by Smith on Instagram.

In a GoFundMe request asking for money to move, she claimed that Austin — who at the time was just a day away from being deported — suffered from mental illness and had been attending the unit in such a manner since June 29 came.

“Every time he comes down he is holding a knife or knocking on (our) door,” she wrote on September 17, adding: “Property management is aware of the situation and doesn’t seem concerned about our health or safety.’

She further revealed, “My mother requested accommodations as far as being transferred to another unit or paying to put us in a hotel.

“Property management rejected both properties,” she said.

Within a day of posting the profile — which raised more than 10,000 in a week — KOIN published its story about the alleged pattern of abuse, and the buyers of the upscale complex near Portland formally hit Austin with an order to to vacate.

That message came nearly two weeks after management warned him with the 24 alert, which they inexplicably did not follow up on despite Austin’s visits — and family complaints — that continued until last Tuesday, when he took the order got.

The next day, only after being named in the KOIN piece, Austin was arrested – on ten charges of violating protective orders and one count of menacing – a misdemeanor.

Upon his arrest, it was also revealed that Austin had a stalking protection order filed on August 23 by another tenant of the complex.

In that case, police said Austin continued to violate that order, as well as Smith’s, until Tuesday, the day before his arrest.

Smith has since hired an attorney, alleging that staffers at the Gresham apartment complex failed their tenants by allowing Austin’s pattern of abuse to continue unchecked.

“I was failed by the system and by the landings at the Morrison,” Smith told KOIN on Wednesday after Austin’s arrest, adding, “I don’t feel safe because he’s in jail today…I don’t know what is going to happen tomorrow. are.’

She told the broadcaster: ‘He can be released at any time. What happens next?’

Smith, citing how she reported the behavior to police multiple times, said, “As a black woman, I felt like we weren’t heard — I felt like we weren’t important.”

Her lawyer, citing the landlords’ failure to act on their own tenant-rigging policies within a day of making threats against a neighbor, said: “The people who run this very large apartment complex could don’t care. The police didn’t care.’

He claimed that both the police and the complex had failed Smith and her mother, adding: “I don’t know how anyone could look at those videos and come to a different conclusion.”

Gresham police, meanwhile, sent out a statement Wednesday finally addressing Smith’s complaints.

“We are aware of the appalling behavior of the suspect in this case, including statements indicating that the motivation for the crime was hatred or prejudice.

“We share the concerns of our communities and appreciate the unique impact that bias crimes in particular have on victims.

“Although the suspect has been arrested and is currently in custody, investigations continue.

“We are working with the District Attorney’s Office to ensure the suspect is charged with the appropriate crimes.”
