Orange Is the New Black’s Lea DeLaria unleashed a profanity-laced tirade against Donald Trump on Monday, in which she appeared to call for Joe Biden to be assassinated.
DeLaria’s statement came days after the Supreme Court ruled that the president of the United States enjoys immunity from prosecution for official acts while in office, boosting Trump’s chances in his latest re-election campaign.
The actress who played the role of prisoner Carrie “Big Boo” Black in the popular Netflix series, had some pointed words, but not for the Republicans, but for Biden and the conservative-dominated court.
She called Justice Clarence Thomas an “Uncle Tom” and implored Biden to “stand up” to his rival, who had been following him for four years.
“Done. I’m done. I’m f**king seriously done,” the 66-year-old begins, in a clip that has prompted some commentators to accuse her of “domestic terrorism.” The post was published about a year after DeLaria revealed she had secretly married longtime girlfriend Dalia Gladstone.

The actress played inmate Carrie ‘Big Boo’ Black on the hit Netflix series and is seen here on the right with co-star Tarn Manning in a scene filmed in 2013.
“The Supreme Court has just made me so angry. Really, so angry,” she continues, appearing before her more than 1.1 million followers in sunglasses and a matching Yankee cap.
“Joe, you’re a reasonable person. You don’t want to do this, but this is the reality,” she adds, before laying out her self-proclaimed strategy.
‘This is f**king war. This is a war now. And we’re fighting for our f**king lives,’
“And these bastards are going to take it away,” she continues with tears in her eyes
“They’re going to take it away.”
She becomes more animated and blunt, shouting, “F**k you, Clarence “Uncle” Thomas. F**k you.
“Joe, you now have the right to take out that bitch Trump,” she continues.
“Take him out, Joe. If he was Hitler, and this was 1940, you’d take him out.”
She calls for action, saying, “Well, he’s Hitler and this is 1940.
“Take the f**k out of him. Blow him up. Blow him up, or they’ll blow us up.”
“Facts,” she concludes.

She called Justice Clarence Thomas an “Uncle Tom,” a derogatory term for a black man seen as excessively obedient to white people. He was one of six who voted in favor of the recent ruling
She also appeared to implore President Joe Biden to “take out his now four-year rival”
The clip shows her repeatedly berating Trump and the GOP, calling them “anti-democratic assholes” and “tyrants.”
In the accompanying caption, she continued her tirade against the former president, while challenging dissidents with different opinions.
Once again she curses Trump and the Republican Party, calling them “anti-democratic bastards” and “tyrants.”
She ignored how that same court legalized gay marriage less than a decade ago, claiming, “It’s war now. They’re going to destroy us,” referring to the GOP.
“They just want power… F**k them,” she wrote at one point.
“And if any of you assholes want to threaten me with death like you’ve been doing my whole life, bring it on, bitch,” she added.
“I’m Sicilian, I know how to play that game.”
The argumentative post quickly sparked a backlash, with people calling the D-lister’s rhetoric not only divisive but also dangerous.
“Shouldn’t this kind of violent content be removed?” someone asked.
Another person tried to tag the FBI and wrote, “She is inciting violent acts against a former sitting president.
If someone else said this, [would] “Pay a visit!” the person added.
Commentators were quick to accuse her of “domestic terrorism,” with one asking if she was calling for the assassination of a former president
DeLaria — seen here at last year’s “Dyke March” in NYC — did not respond to those questions
The report was published about a year after DeLaria revealed that she had secretly married her girlfriend Dalia Gladstone, a former receptionist who also lives in New York City

Others went so far as to accuse DeLaria of domestic terrorism. One wrote, “Are you calling for the assassination of a former president?”
Another snapped in a similar vein: “This sounds threatening and damaging to an ex-president, is that legal? Wouldn’t that be domestic terrorism?”
DeLaria did not respond to these questions.
Since her role on Orange Is The New Black, she has had several small roles on shows like Awkwafina is Nora from Queens, most of which were one-offs.
In April last year, she married her girlfriend Gladstone, a former receptionist who also lives in New York City.
She broke the news to Page Six at the time, saying the marriage was “not a great success.”
In June 2015, the U.S. Supreme Court invalidated all state bans on same-sex marriage, legalizing it in all 50 states and requiring states to honor same-sex marriage licenses in other states.
