OnlyFans model Grace Hyland: Fans warning as she goes ‘too far’ with her boob job: ‘Get ready for back pain’
OnlyFans model Grace Hyland has had a boob job.
The transgender porn performer, 20, shared a video on TikTok filmed before the procedure and after.
The clip starts with Hyland wearing a pink bikini top and saying ‘this is the twins two days before my bob job’, showing her followers her breasts from the front and side.
The video then quickly cuts to the model in a Barbie-themed sports bra and much larger breasts replacing her more natural look from before.
‘These are the girls a month after the bob… they will lose weight and look more natural. I hope so,” she said.
Commentators were quick to warn the trans activist about the reality of having overly large breasts.
‘THE BACK PAIN GIRL!!! BE PREPARED FOR ITTT,” one commenter exclaimed.
“Like I would PAY to have mine smaller!” The back pain is ridiculous,” read another comment.

“I’m a (cup size) E and oh my lord the back pain is horrible, I don’t know why people want such a big good looking girl,” another TikToker wrote.
It comes after the transgender porn star revealed she feels ’empowered’ by her presence on controversial X-rated platform OnlyFans.
The trans rights activist said joining the site “changed her life” and gave her the opportunity to monetize the platform she built.

Last month I spoke to Daily Mail Australia at the premiere of the Stan documentary Revealed – Danielle Laidley: Two Tribesshe said, “I think it’s a great way to monetize a platform.”
“It really changed my life because I was able to gain strength and give me my own financial stability.”

She was all smiles as she posed up a storm with the star of the night, AFL legend Dani Laidley, who was there to tell her story as a trans woman in the sports industry.
Grace praised the former North Melbourne coach for all her work to introduce trans identities into AFL since her brutal 2020 crackdown at the hands of Victoria Police.
“I think her story is incredible because it reaches an audience that hasn’t been influenced by trans identities for very long,” Grace said.
She continued: “Coming from an AFL background, I think it’s really important because she’s breaking ceilings in buildings that haven’t been entered by trans women before. So I think that’s great.’

Grace has been documenting her transition from male to female on social media since she began identifying as a girl at the age of twelve.
Her father Mat Stevenson, who became a household name when he played Adam Cameron in Home and Away, also supported his daughter.
He discussed Grace’s transition on The Sunday Project in January 2021 and revealed how his friends reacted when they learned about his child’s gender identity.
He said that while some of his friends were “pretty seamless” and “got it,” others were struggling and he asked them to simply “show some empathy.”
Grace said she knew she was meant to be a woman from the age of “four or five” and began transitioning at the age of 12.
She consulted doctors, psychologists and experts in the field for a year before starting any physical treatment.
