OnlyFans model, 29, who blackmailed married man by threatening to tell his wife after he subscribed to her channel avoids prison
An OnlyFans ‘model’ has narrowly avoided jail for blackmailing a married man by threatening to tell his wife if he failed to pay hundreds of pounds.
Bethan Guy demanded the money from a customer who had subscribed to her adult content, saying she would tell his wife about his indiscretions.
Swindon Crown Court previously heard the victim paid out £450 after being pressured by the 29-year-old, but when told to hand over more he contacted police.
He was left in great distress, afraid that he would lose his family as a result.
An anonymity order was issued in court to prevent the publication of the victim’s identity.

Guy, from Swindon, Wiltshire, was arrested and later charged with blackmail to which she pleaded guilty in December 2023
Guy from Swindon was arrested and later charged with blackmail. She pleaded guilty to the crime in December 2023, which carries a prison sentence of up to 14 years.
In February, Judge Jason Taylor postponed Guy’s sentencing until August.
The conditions for the six-month reprieve included that she would commit no further offenses and would keep her job or, if she lost her job, make every effort to obtain a new job.
While awaiting sentencing, the defendant continued to promote her OnlyFans profile, which featured nude photos of her along with video footage of her engaging in sexual activity with a man or with toys.
Due to court delays, she was not sentenced until last week, on October 15, when Judge Taylor imposed a two-year prison sentence and suspended it for two years.
Guy was ordered to complete 225 hours of unpaid work in the community, 12 mental health sessions and 15 rehabilitation days with the probation service.

She must also pay compensation of £450 to the victim, at the rate of £50 per month.
In a public statement on Instagram in July, ahead of the original sentencing date, Guy described her crime as “a mistake and stupidity.”
She added: “If I could go back to the moment when it happened I would because honestly it was just a mistake but this little mistake has now cost me so much pain and anguish that I can’t even to declare.
“If I could give anyone any advice it would be don’t think you’re untouchable because one day something will catch up.”
