One Tree Hill star Chad Michael Murray, 41, shows off killer abs while sporting baggy sweatpants
Chad Michael Murray turned up the heat by showing off his incredibly chiseled abs in a new Instagram video shared by his wife, Sarah Roemer, on Thursday.
The One Tree Hill alum, 41, who shares a son born in 2015 and a daughter born in 2017 with the Disturbia actress, 38, stood a few feet away in a doorway, wearing only low-waisted black sweatpants.
He slowly closed the sliding doors and appeared to utter the words “I love you,” followed by a quick kiss before the clip ended.
His blond locks were parted down the middle, leaving a few long locks falling gently on the left side of his forehead.
In the post’s caption, the mother-of-two simply tagged her husband and added the song, Help! by The Beatles, to play in the background.

Social media users and fans flocked to the comment section, with a humorous pen: “How many times have I watched this? Yes.’
Another follower jokingly wrote to Sarah, “How are you still holding the phone?” as one fan typed, “@rooeemer trying to break the internet tonight #CoupleGoals.”
The two lovebirds met on the set of Chosen in 2014 and got married the following year in January 2015 in sunny California.
The couple shares a son and daughter, but choose to remain largely private about their family life. When posting snaps of their little ones, Sarah will largely keep their faces off camera.
Chad was previously married to his One Tree Hill co-star, Sophia Bush, from 2004 until their divorce was officially finalized in 2006. He also got engaged to model and pageant star, Kenzie Dalton, later that same year, but separated in 2013.
During an interview with Fox News digital last year in May while reviewing his movie Fortress: Sniper’s Eye, also with Bruce Willis, he discussed how his family stays close together even when filming projects.
“For example, my family and I don’t split up the pack. We go everywhere. My children, my wife, they go everywhere we go,” said the A Cinderella Story actor.
He continued, “So I’m chilling with Bruce Willis in Puerto Rico – they’re there. Although, they are on the beach, very different.’

“We keep the pack together. We have a very traditional family life. We are not people who normally go out and go out. I’m not a good hobnobber. It’s not my strong suit. I have to be honest. I’m more of a homebody,” Murray added.
