One Tree Hill star Barbara Alyn Woods, 62, and husband John Lind split! Actress and film producer divorce after 25 years of marriage and three children
Barbara Alyn Woods and her husband John Lind have officially separated after 25 years of marriage.
The 62-year-old actress – who is known for her starring role in the hit series One Tree Hill – notably married the producer and assistant director in 1999.
During their marriage, the estranged couple welcomed three daughters who are also actresses in the industry: Natalie, 24, Emily, 22, and Alyvia, 16.
However, Lind filed for divorce from Barbara at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles on Friday, May 24, per The explosionand cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the divorce.
Woods and Lind first crossed paths on the set of the television series: Honey, I Shrunk The Kids, which aired from 1997 to 2000.

However, Lind filed for divorce from Barbara on Friday, May 24, at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles, according to The Blast, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce.
The couple has mainly kept their relationship and marriage out of the public eye, with Barbara only posting photos of herself and their daughters on Instagram.
Both the Dance With Death star and the producer have not yet publicly commented on their divorce.
Their children have followed in their entertainment footsteps and all three have remarkable experience in front of the camera.
Woods and Lind’s eldest daughter, Natalie, is known for her appearance on the series The Goldbergs and Pet Sematary: Bloodlines.
Emily also starred in the ABC series Revenge and HBO Max’s Gossip Girl. The youngest, Alyvia, also started acting at a young age, appearing on the soap opera The Young And The Restless.
She recently got the chance to star alongside her mother in the horror comedy series Chucky.
During an earlier interview with TV fanatic in 2021, Woods gushed about working with Alyvia on the show.
“Well, it’s funny because our characters are pretty awful to each other, but I think that made it even more fun for us,” she told the publication.

“I’ve worked with all my daughters a few times, but this was a full series, and to work with her as a colleague, I mean, she’s a great actress….”
“And I think I always knew that, but to be on set with her and have her be my scene partner was absolutely amazing.”
‘And now I know more than ever how talented she is. I thank Don for giving us this opportunity. It has taken our relationship to a whole new level,” Barbara added, referring to series creator Don Mancini.
Barbara is also known for her role as Deb Scott on the hit show One Tree Hill, which aired for a total of nine seasons.
Other stars who appeared in the series included Chad Michael Murray, Sophia Bush, James Lafferty, Hilarie Burton and also Bethany Joy Lenz.
Earlier this year in February, Woods revealed that the One Tree Hill cast was “totally on board” for a reunion.
She said Entertainment tonight“We all kept in touch – unlike other shows where they say, ‘We’re family, we’re going to keep in touch,’ we actually did.”
“I have no idea what’s going on, but if there wasn’t some kind of spin-off or something, I would be so surprised,” the mother of three admitted.
“Because we’re all on board and we’re all friends, it would be the most fun show anyone has ever been on.”

Although the series ended in 2012, the show is still popular among viewers on streaming sites like Hulu and Amazon Prime Video.
‘I feel very happy. Not only has the show had a major revival – I actually think it’s bigger now than when it aired. We just have to keep going, this thing isn’t dying.’
She also recalled that her daughters were on set with her during filming, telling her co-stars to “know my kids – because they grew up on set.” I actually had Aly during One Tree Hill,” referring to her youngest child.
Barbara later shared that if there was a revival of the series, “I’m just saying this – this is so cliche to say, but I would love for all three of my girls to be on the show.”
