One dead and another injured after $2 million Mooresville, NC home owned by NFL and Tennessee Titans star Caleb Farley EXPLODES – with neighbors claiming to smell gas
One person has been killed and another person injured after an explosion at a North Carolina property owned by Tennessee Titans player Caleb Farley.
Farley, 24, was filmed at the scene Tuesday morning and has reportedly spoken to authorities. It is unknown if he was home when the incident happened.
The injured person has no life-threatening injuries, while the deceased victim was found while the crew was searching the rubble. According to early reports, they are both men.
Neighbors were quoted by QCN that they smelled gas around the time of the explosion, which was nearly midnight. Authorities have yet to give an official cause of the explosion and an investigation is underway.
Photos from the scene show the Mooresville property reduced to rubble. The house was on the market for $2 million in 2022 and was built in 2016.
Farley is a cornerback for the Titans and was drafted in 2021 after playing for Virginia Tech in college.
