A high-achieving real estate agent, married with a toddler, is accused of committing 15 sex crimes against three women – most of them during open houses – over a two-year period.
Omar Lababidi, 27, was a senior sales executive at Ray White’s Macarthur branch, in Sydney’s south-west, until he was arrested on August 30 and faced a series of charges.
They include three counts of sexual intercourse without consent, one count of committing a sexual act with another without consent, and 11 counts of sexual touching without consent.
Daily Mail Australia understands at least two of the three alleged victims were colleagues of Mr Lababidi.
All the alleged offenses took place in various suburbs of the Macarthur region, and most are said to have occurred on Saturday – when estate agents open homes to potential buyers.
Ten of the crimes, including all three rape charges, are alleged to have been committed against the same woman within a six-month period – from December 10, 2022 to June 3, 2023.
At one point he allegedly committed four fouls against two women in three consecutive weekends.

According to documents filed at Campbelltown Local Court, Mr Lababidi is alleged to have sexually touched the first womanthree separate venues in Harrington Park, Gregory Hills and Narellan between July 1 and November 30, 2021.
He is accused of sexually touching the second woman on November 19 and December 3, 2022 in Ruse and Ambervale.
A week later, on December 10, he allegedly sexually touched the third woman at a property in Ingleburn.
The following weekend, December 17, court documents state he allegedly sexually touched her twice on the same day in Mount Annan and St Helens Park.
On March 25, he allegedly touched her sexually in Leppington, performed a sex act on her without consent in Oran Park and then raped her in Gledswood Hills – at a property that was for sale at the time.
Two weeks later, on April 15, he allegedly groped her in St Helens Park and is accused of sexually assaulting her in Horningsea Park.
He is accused of raping her for a third time in Glen Alpine on May 13 and sexually touching her in Narellan on June 3 – the same day he was named number five in the top 50 estate agents in NSW.
“I enjoy talking to people and every day is different,” he told News Corp at the time.
“When you see the smiles on the faces of first home buyers, it’s a different feeling.”

A spokeswoman for Ray White told Daily Mail Australia that Mr Lababidi was immediately suspended from his position three months ago when the company learned of the allegations.
Following his arrest on August 30, Mr Lababidi was granted conditional bail by Campbelltown Local Court the following day.
He was ordered to post $10,000 bond to secure his release.
He must report to Campbelltown police station three days a week and live in the $1.4 million Glen Alpine home he shares with his wife and young child.
His bail conditions also stated that he is ‘not allowed to participate in an open house screening alone with female colleagues’.
Mr Lababidi left school in Grade 10 and had a short-lived career as a fitness instructor before deciding to pursue his passion for real estate.
He was part of a power duo with his younger brother Mohamed, who also worked at the Macarthur franchise.
They often appeared together in promotional videos and were pictured together on the company’s social media pages.
Mr Lababidi’s case will be heard in Campbelltown Local Court on October 25.
