Wedding bells! Olympic swimmer Emily Seebohm confirms her engagement to Married At First Sight star Ryan Gallagher after they went public with their affair three months ago.

The couple, who met the new reality show on Channel 10 El Desafío last year, confirmed the happy news on Monday.
The 34-year-old reality star has proposed to Emily, 30, at a dam on her farm outside Goulburn, NSW.

He presented the swimming superstar with a trilogy of diamond rings that features a large center stone to represent his love flanked by two smaller diamonds to represent the couple.
“When you know you know,” Ryan said Women’s Day. Although I got nervous. The box was making a bit of a bulge in my pocket. So either she knew she was proposing or she just thought she was happy to see her!’
Meanwhile, Emily explained that the couple’s fast-paced engagement follows the theme of their blossoming romance.

“We knew in the last week (of The Challenge) that we had feelings there,” he told the magazine.
Emily and Ryan plan to get married in the next few years in a ceremony on the Gold Coast, and in the meantime, plan a huge engagement party.
The couple first sparked engagement rumors in December. after the Olympian was seen wearing another diamond ring on her finger.
The sighting came after they went Instagram official earlier in the month.
‘Ryan is a gentleman and the kindest person I have ever met. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us,” Emily said of their relationship.
The couple said they kept their romance a secret for months because they were starring in The Challenge together.
“Eventually we got the shit together and put up our own photo,” Ryan explained.
“We just did it, it’s our relationship and there’s nothing negative about it.”
Ryan rose to fame on the fifth season of Married at First Sight in 2018, where he was paired with Davina Rankin.
