Olivia Wilde celebrated the Memorial Day holiday by sharing a yummy ice cream cone with her six-year-old daughter Daisy.

The 39-year-old actress was spotted eating Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams in Los Angeles with her daughter on Monday afternoon.

The mother and daughter both fed each other ice cream while sitting together on a wall.

Wilde was spotted heading to a workout session in Los Angeles earlier today, showing off her toned physique.

The actress and filmmaker was spotted wearing a baby blue shirt under a gray sweater for the outing.

Wilde also rocked a pair of dark blue jeans with a large rip at the knee, while she had a brown leather bag slung over her shoulder.

She completed her look with a pair of black and white checkered slip-on shoes for the outing.

Her daughter Daisy opted for a baby blue top under a pink zip-up sweater, blue leggings and black Adidas sneakers.

Although she appeared to be friends with her ex-husband Jason Sudeikis during their son Otis’ football game in April, they are still embroiled in an ongoing custody battle.

Several outlets reported that Wilde filed documents alleging that Sudeikis — who earns more than $1 million per episode of Ted Lasso on the current season — paid her nothing in child support.

“Jason is not currently paying child support to me, despite my requests through counsel to agree on a preliminary support amount to avoid further litigation in this matter,” Wilde said in the filing.

“While Jason and I have split certain expenses for the children, such as their school fees, I bear 100% of the cost of caring for the children when they are with me, including but not limited to their food, clothing, childcare, extracurricular activities and transportation costs,” she added.

“I ask the Court to issue an order regarding child support so that I can adequately care for our children consistent with Jason’s standard of living,” she added.

“I am also asking Jason to contribute to my attorney’s and accountant’s fees and expenses, not only because he is financially in a significantly superior position than I am, but because the vast majority of the fees I have incurred are due to to Jason and his counsel’s egregious, unnecessary and aggressive behavior,” she added.

Wilde and Sudeikis began dating in 2011 before splitting in November 2020, with the split making headlines after Wilde received custody papers while presenting for Don’t Worry Darling at CinemaCon in Las Vegas.

Wilde is coming off her second directorial effort Don’t Worry Darling, where she met her ex Harry Styles.

She is currently preparing her next directorial project, Perfect, based on the true story of Olympic gymnast Kerri Strugg and her struggle to overcome a horrific injury at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.
