Olivia Wilde showed off her incredible figure in a gray fitted gym top as she left her local gym in Los Angeles on Monday.

The actress and director, 40, showed off her physique in the strappy number which she paired with black leggings and matching trainers.

The mother-of-two carried her belongings in a large black handbag as she headed home after training.

Olivia stepped out wearing dark, stylish sunglasses after working up a sweat at the gym.

The sighting comes after it was announced that Olivia and Margot Robbie are reportedly working together on a new female-led superhero film.

Olivia will direct a film adaptation of Avengelyne, a comic book character by Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld that debuted in 1995. Deadline reported last week.

The film is produced under the LuckyChap Entertainment banner of Margot and her husband Tom Ackerley, as well as Simon Kinberg, known for the Deadpool and X-Men films, and Audrey Chon of Genre Films.

LuckyChap is the production company behind Greta Gerwig’s eight-time Oscar-nominated film Barbie, in which Margot played the beloved Mattel doll.

Olivia previously directed the 2019 coming-of-age film Booksmart, which received critical acclaim, and the 2022 drama-ridden thriller Don’t Worry Darling, starring her ex-boyfriend Harry Styles.

According to Deadline, Avengelyne is not being developed with Margot in mind to play the comic book heroine – despite her previously playing Harley Quinn in DC superhero films.

The outlet also revealed that a “major A-list writer” is keen to adapt the screenplay.

Variety has reported that the project has yet to be picked up by a studio or streamer, but will be pitched to major figures in the coming weeks.

Avengelyne is a comic book that focuses on a fallen angel who fights demons and monsters on Earth.

She was considered the “most feared warrior in Heaven’s Warhost” before she was banished from Heaven by God after questioning his love for humanity, according to Deadline.

Avengelyne marks Olivia’s second time working with Margot’s LuckyChap Entertainment, which the Australian star launched with her husband in 2014.

The production company is currently producing the House star’s latest film Naughty, a Christmas film for Universal Pictures.

Olivia made the switch from acting to directing with Booksmart in 2019 and currently has two projects in pre-production, including Naughty.

The Barbie favorite is gearing up to star in the upcoming Kogonada-directed film A Big Bold Beautiful Journey starring Colin Farrell.

Olivia, who shot to fame in medical drama House, is often seen with ex-fiancé Jason Sudeikis, 48, as they continue to peacefully co-parent.

She shares two children with the actor, son Otis, nine, and daughter Daisy, seven.

Olivia and Ted Lasso star Jason got engaged in 2013 after two years of dating and split in 2020.

She controversially received custody papers from him while on stage at CinemaCon.

After her divorce from Jason, Olivia had a much-discussed relationship with Harry Styles, who is ten years younger than her.

The couple dated for almost two years, but split last year.

Harry is now in a relationship with Canadian actress Taylor Russell, who is ten years younger than Olivia, and the two are often spotted together.
