Deadline reported that Olivia will direct a series based on Jennifer Egan’s novels A Visit From the Good Squad and its sequel, The Candy House.
The show marks her first foray into television as a director.
Olivia’s Don’t Worry Darling debuted at Cannes last year and received mixed reviews when it hit theaters in September.
The thriller grossed around $90 million worldwide, making it the third-highest-grossing film for a female director in 2022.
The veteran producer and director celebrated the new deal on Instagram, writing, “Mom has been busy. I’m very excited about this.’
She encouraged her 4.2 million followers to “read these books right away if you haven’t already.”
