Olivia Wilde spent some quality time with her kids in Los Angeles this week amid her ongoing custody battle with their father Jason Sudeikis.
The 39-year-old actress and director was spotted taking little Daisy, six, and Otis, nine, for a bite of ice cream in the gloom of June.
She and Jason are involved in a lengthy legal squabble over the children, mainly centered on where Daisy and Otis will live.
However, her problems seemed far from Olivia’s mind this week as she laughed and chatted happily with her little ones.
Her outing comes after she indicated she harbors no ill will towards another ex, pop star Harry Styles of One Direction fame.

Olivia recently liked an Instagram video of Harry singing at Wembley Stadium, proudly posted by his sister Gemma.
Meanwhile, despite their legal battle, Jason and Olivia have also apparently developed a friendly co-parenting relationship.
About a month ago, they were spotted giving each other a warm hug when they met up to cheer on Otis at his soccer game.
Jason and Olivia have also united in the wrongful termination lawsuit brought by their ex-nanny, Ericka Genaro.
Ericka accused Jason of “fired her on the spot” when she applied for three days of medical leave due to the strain of the job amid his split from Olivia.
The nanny told DailyMail.com exclusively that Jason used to text her about his anxiety over Olivia’s romance with Harry.
Ericka also claimed that a fierce argument broke out between Jason and Olivia after Olivia made a salad with her “special dressing” to take to the English pop act.
According to Ericka, Jason became furious with Olivia and resorted to “lying under her car” to prevent her from leaving the house to visit Harry.

Olivia and Jason collectively took issue with what they called Ericka’s “false and salacious claims,” shouting, “Her now 18-month campaign to harass us, as well as loved ones, close friends, and colleagues, has reached its unfortunate peak.”
In legal documents obtained by TMZ last month, the former couple claimed that Ericka voluntarily quit her job rather than be suspended.
They also claimed she was “looked after by the family,” who supposedly doubled her wages in 2020 and paid for her $22,000 vacation to London with her dog.
Sensationally, they also accused Ericka of having a criminal record that she failed to disclose when she tried to secure her job with them.
Jason and Olivia alleged that Ericka was in breach of contract by making her comments about the family’s private life public.
Harry and Olivia dated for about two years before splitting in March, and during their romance, she directed him in the hit movie Don’t Worry Darling.
She has vehemently denied a lingering stream of suspicions that she first started dating Harry when she was still with Jason.
“The complete horse idea that I abandoned Jason for Harry is completely inaccurate,” Olivia insisted Vanity purse. “Our relationship was over long before I met Harry.”
