Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis looked tense after a two-hour meeting in Hollywood, California, as they continue to discuss their bitter custody battle, two years after ending their seven-year engagement in 2020.
After their meeting on Friday afternoon, Don’t Worry Darling, 38, and the actor, 47, left an office building at different times as they walked to their respective vehicles.
The House star, who recently ended her two-year relationship with Harry Styles, looked exhausted as she climbed into the driver’s seat while holding a hot drink from Starbucks.

The actress called the ugly incident “an attack on her workplace” but said she wasn’t surprised it happened because there was a “reason” she left that relationship.
Sudeikis had filed the lawsuit against her ex in New York City Family Court over her two children in October 2021. She wanted them to live in Brooklyn.

The judge, in a court filing signed on August 5, ruled that “New York was not the state of origin of the children in question” and that “California was the state of origin of the children.”
‘Therefore, for the reasons set forth in the record of July 15, 2022, Respondent’s motion to dismiss the custody petitions filed on October 21, 2021, is granted,’ the submission, which was reviewed by page sixstated.
Wilde, however, wanted them to stay with her in Los Angeles and possibly move to London, where her then-boyfriend lives.
The court found that “New York does not have jurisdiction to hear custody petitions” because it is not Otis and Daisy’s home state.
Wilde filed a petition to “determine parental relationship in the Superior Court of California, in Los Angeles” in May, according to the filing. His legal team moved to legally dismiss Sudekis’ custody case on May 18.
Now the custody battle is likely to continue in California, experts say.
