Olivia Rodrigo took to Instagram on Monday as she teased fans with a new promo for her upcoming album Guts.
The 20-year-old singer-songwriter — who has been criticized for her recent Hawaiian vacation — uploaded a video clip filming her in a bedroom from an overhead view.
The clip shows the pop star performing various activities such as lying in bed, tidying up the room and finally fiddling with a typewriter while creating a document containing the project’s track list.
The music artist, who hails from California, wears a two-piece white lounge set with shorts and a tank top in the clip.
Her long, dark hair is styled in two low braids separated by a center parting, and she wears a pair of red socks.

In the room were a lavender bedspread and pillows, matching the color palette of her album’s lead single Vampire.
Also on display in the carpeted boudoir was a record player, red keyboard, guitar and skateboard.
Olivia skipped a caption while addressing her nearly 33 million fans, leaving them in suspense.
One of her followers speculated in the comments, “My detective brain tells me the track list is hidden in this video.”
The note has so far received more than 7,000 likes from fans who agree.
A careful examination of the footage reveals several writings that reference song titles – a T-shirt with the word “obsessed” spray-painted red, a lined piece of paper with “stranger” scribbled on it, and a poster that read, “Bad idea anyway.” ‘
When Rodrigo makes herself comfortable by stretching out on the bed behind the typewriter, she shows off a gloss black manicure and several rings.
Then instrumental music crescendos as the camera zooms in on the glossy blue analog device.

Olivia recently shared a photo of herself standing in front of a row of her promotional posters for Guts.
The fashion-forward High School Musical alum wore a pleated black miniskirt and a short-sleeved black sweater with a woven red print.
She teased fans in the caption, “month and a half until GUTS is urssssss.”
Guts is the second studio album from the talented artist, who rose to fame in 2021 with her singles license.
Her debut album, titled Sour, skyrocketed the then-teenager to worldwide fame as her music went viral.
At the 2022 Grammys, Olivia was nominated for awards in seven categories, cementing her star status.
She went on to win Best New Artist, Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Pop Vocal Album.

Things are going well: Olivia’s first single Vampire is already topping the Billboard charts
Her new music, which will debut in its entirety on September 8, has already shown signs of impending success.
The album’s lead single, Vampire, topped the Billboard Top 100 chart in early July.
Olivia shared a screenshot of the stat, writing, “AHHHHH IM SO EXCITED AB THIS!!! x1000 thanks to everyone who purchased and streamed vampire. I love you!!!! and thank you to my amazing team!!!! ahhh!!!!!’
During a SiriusXM interview, she mused on the difference between working on her first and second album.
“I had so much to write about,” she revealed of Sour. “I constantly felt like I had all these things I needed to get off my chest.”
“I think I definitely didn’t feel that this time, and I think it was kind of a lesson in learning how to make a song for the craft of it,” she added.
