Olivia Newton-John’s daughter Chloe Lattanzi reveals her mother’s heartbreaking last words before her death in an emotional interview.

Olivia Newton-John’s daughter, Chloe Lattanzi, has opened up about the last moments she spent with her mother before her death.

After her iconic mother lost her courageous battle with breast cancer last year, Chloe, 37, sat down for an interview with the American television show, Today this week.

She was joined by her mother’s widower, John Easterling; and together they discussed life after Olivia’s death.

The couple have been working through their immense grief together and reflected on the precious moments they spent with their Olivia.

“The last words he could say to me were…’my sunshine,'” Chloe said.

Until she could no longer use her voice, Olivia played pranks on her daughter and the pair shared some special moments together towards the end.

‘She is my mother. She is not Olivia Newton-John to me, but I am so glad that she was Olivia Newton-John to so many people,” she added.

Chloe is the daughter of Olivia by her first husband, Matt Lattanzi, whom she was married to from 1984 to 1995.

Meanwhile, John, who married Olivia in 2008, said he felt his late wife’s presence more “late at night, early in the morning.”

He speaks aloud to his late wife at their California ranch after six months have passed since her passing.

“I’ll be walking around the house, or throwing the ball to the dogs and talking to him out loud,” he said.

John told the show that he was lucky to have found his soul mate, and that it was now his obligation to live life for both of them.

Olivia’s first cancer diagnosis came in 1992 before the disease went into remission, then returned in 2013 and 2017.

‘She is my mother. She to me she’s not Olivia Newton-John, but I’m so glad she was Olivia Newton-John to so many people,” Chloe said.
