Olivia Munn kept her fans and followers updated on her ongoing battle with breast cancer in a series of Instagram posts on Wednesday and Thursday.

The 44-year-old actress, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in April 2023, posted a series of clips on the social media platform to her 3 million followers on Wednesday, sparking a discussion about the serious topic.

The Oklahoma City resident captioned the image, “My breast cancer timeline. I’ve been getting a lot of questions about this and I’ve been meaning to make this video for those who have been asking for it for a while, but I’ve been filming, wrapping up filming, chasing a toddler, and starting a new medication.

The time frame leading up to Munn’s official diagnosis was as follows: ‘Jan 2022 2 mammograms, 2 ultrasounds: clear; Jan 2023 mammogram: clear; Feb 2023 genetic test: 0% chance of genetic cancer; Mar 2023 Tyrer-Cuzik Breast Cancer Assessment Score: 37.3%.’

Munn’s timeline showed that she underwent an MRI, ultrasound, and biopsies in March and April 2023, before being diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer in April 2023.

Munn’s timeline continued in May 2023 with a “nipple delay, lymph node dissection, and double mastectomy,” followed by an egg retrieval in June 2023.

The timeline showed that she underwent breast reconstruction in September 2023 and began the Lupron regimen in November.

In April 2024, Munn underwent a partial hysterectomy/oophorectomy, as planned, and in August she began an Arimidex regimen.
