Olivia Munn and John Mulaney announce arrival of second child born via surrogate – amid actress’ breast cancer battle
Olivia Munn and John Mulaney have welcomed their second child, a daughter born via surrogate.
The couple announced the birth of Méi June Mulaney on their Instagram accounts on Sunday with photos of the newborn.
“May June Mulaney was born on September 14, 2024, the year of the dragon,” Olivia, who was diagnosed with breast cancer last year, captioned the post.
“I had so many deep emotions about not being able to carry my daughter. When I first met our surrogate, we spoke mother to mother. She showed me so much grace and understanding, I knew I had found a true angel. Words cannot express my gratitude for keeping our baby safe for 9 months and making our dreams come true.
“I am so proud of my little plum, my little dragon, for making the journey to be with us. My heart has exploded. Méi (pronounced mei) means plum in Chinese.”
