The magazine even wished their model a “Happy Birthday” in a message the LSU senior shared on her Instagram page.
Dunne also received several birthday wishes from her LSU teammates.
‘Congratulations!!! to my bffl @livvynauw,” fellow senior Elena Arenas posted.
Arenas and her boyfriend, Garrett Edwards, who pitched for LSU but is now with the Tampa Bay Rays, played a role in Dunne’s newfound romance with Pirates prospect Paul Skenes.
“Just a small-world thing,” said Skenes, who played on LSU’s baseball team before being selected by the Pirates with the first overall pick in this year’s MLB Draft.
Several of Dunne’s gymnastics teammates at LSU also wished the SI model a “happy birthday”

Speaking to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazettehe also opened up about his relationship with Dunne, whom he has been dating since this summer.
He said: ‘It’s definitely fun. It can be tricky sometimes, to be honest, when it comes to actually going somewhere.
“If one of us were to go to Baton Rouge alone, there would probably be someone there asking for something: a photo, an autograph, whatever.
‘It’s nice to be able to have that conversation. She gets it. I wish she could come to a baseball game and just enjoy it. It irritates me.
‘I have no control over it. She really doesn’t either. I’m sure it will get better as I move up, but that’s something I want for her.”
Last week, Skenes shared a photo of the couple attending LSU’s 34-31 win over Arkansas in Baton Rouge.
‘My heart)!’ Dunne responded in response to the Instagram post.
