Olivia Dunne shares hilarious footage of boyfriend Paul Skenes’ gymnastics workout at LSU
Olivia Dunne gave her honest look at Paul Skenes’ gymnastics skills when he visited her at LSU and entered her stomping grounds.
On Sunday, Dunne posted a TikTok video of the Pittsburgh Pirates rookie pitcher as he returned to Baton Rogue and attempted to reenact maneuvers at the LSU gymnastics training facility.
“Reviewing our newest LSU Gymnastics recruit,” Dunne wrote in the first clip, watching Coyly giggle at the camera before revealing her friend as the said recruit.
The video then continues with a montage of Skenes trying out different gymnastics equipment, including Dunne’s assessment and takeaways.
The first part of Skenes’ highlight reel had him bouncing on the trampoline. Dunne gave it a six out of ten, writing, “Not very aerodynamic, but fun.”

Dunne jokingly referred to her friend as LSU Gymnastics’ “newest recruit.”
It then shows Skenes hesitantly standing up on a balance beam, which Dunne gave a five and wrote: “A little nervous, overcame his fear and moved on.”
Skenes then jumped into a foam pit and earned an eight from his girlfriend. “8/10 a bit mental,” Dunne wrote. ‘Turned around.’
His first perfect ten came from running and jumping into the pit, in what Dunne described as a “beautiful” performance.
Shortly afterwards, Dunne showed Skenes struggling to get out of the pit, writing: “2/10 can’t get out of the foam pit, he gets frustrated.”
The pitcher then grabs Dunne by the ankle and tries to drag her into the pit with him.
Dunne is back at LSU for her fifth and final year with the Tigers gymnastics team.

Her final campaign follows their NCAA title-winning efforts at the end of her senior year. The 2023-2024 team brought the university’s first national title in gymnastics to Baton Rouge after a dominant regular season.
Dunne recently starred in the six-part Amazon Prime docuseries “The Money Game – LSU,” which featured some of the college’s top athletes last season.
Away from gymnastics and campus, Dunne continues to find success as an influencer and brand ambassador – most recently headlining Nautica’s fall 2024 campaign with Mizzou football star Luther Burden III before returning to their respective schools.
