Olivia Dunne says she wishes people would ‘let her chill’ and ‘leave her alone’ as she begins her 5th year as a senior in pre-season

Olivia Dunne posts a ton of content on her social media pages every day. In one of her latest videos, she describes how she’s feeling about returning to LSU for a fifth season.

Dunne hoped people would let her “chill out,” with a little help from her teammates, and also told people to “leave her alone.”

The girlfriend of Pittsburgh Pirates sensation Paul Skenes does not speak in the video, but has provided someone else’s voice, as many popular TikTok trends do.

Dunne is training for her fifth and final season of gymnastics at LSU, which begins early next year.

Dunne was used primarily on the floor exercise during LSU’s national championship season this year. She is expected to see more time in the Tigers’ lineups in 2025.

Dunne recently posted a message on her TikTok account letting others know how she feels

Dunne is one of the highest-earning college athletes of the NIL era, with a net worth of $3.9 million per year. On3 Sport.

That number will likely only increase as she completes her college education.

Dunne has found a way to amass more than 13 million followers on Instagram and TikTok while simultaneously taking classes and playing sports at LSU.

Dunne’s possibilities post-LSU are endless, as her brand deals allow for larger partnerships.

While there is no professional gymnastics competition, Dunne’s star power is undeniable. She could see a similar upside as Caitlin Clark.

Clark had a NIL at Nike while working in Iowa and recently signed a partnership with the company worth a reported $28 million.

We can expect Dunne to have a similar market value, given that her job comes from a non-commercial college sport.

By going it alone, Dunne has the freedom to do what she wants. That professional freedom can be priceless.

Dunne could travel the country with Skenes, or strike dozens of other brand deals with companies that don’t want to participate in NIL.
