Olivia Dunne reveals boyfriend Paul Skenes’ expensive flex that helps get her to his MLB games

Olivia Dunne and Paul Skenes are in a long-distance relationship, but luckily for the LSU gymnast, her boyfriend is willing to spend a lot of money so they can see each other.

Dunne remained in Baton Rouge for his fifth and final season as a college athlete, while Skenes lives in Pittsburgh after being drafted by the Pirates out of the MLB.

And because Dunne’s busy schedule didn’t give her much time to watch his matches in person, she revealed on theThe podcast ‘Best of Both Worlds’ with her colleague Tiger Flau’jae Johnson that Skenes sometimes charters her private planes.

“I’m in school and I’m busy. I don’t really have time to change trains and travel all day,” Dunne said.

‘Sometimes Paul makes it easier for me to get from A to B. I am grateful for that.’

Dunne previously posted a TikTok showing her and Skenes on a private jet en route to the MLB All-Star Game, which the rookie pitcher performed impressively at.

Dunne told Johnson it was the first time she had been on a private jet.

“You can’t just leave whenever you want, especially in the off-season,” said Dunne, who further explained the benefits of private travel.

Johnson was impressed by Skenes’ initiative and she and Dunne both exclaimed at the end of the clip: “If he wanted to, he would do it.”

While chartering a private jet isn’t financially feasible for most people, Skenes is obviously making good money in the MLB.

Last year, he signed a $9.2 million contract with the Pirates before ever setting foot on an MLB mound.

Dunne received her private plane ticket after she and her LSU gymnastics teammates were presented with their championship rings from last season.

On Friday night, she showed off her jewelry on her Instagram Story, captioning the post “RING SZN” to her 5.3 million Instagram followers.

A happy Dunne posted a photo with rings on both fingers and also shared a video in which she shows off her new ring, which features her last name and “LSU” in the school’s purple-and-gold color scheme.
