“I was younger and it was about being as naked as possible, and it was bright colors. But now I dress for girls and look for compliments from girls, not men.”

Olivia said she’s a big believer in the phrase “dress for the job you want” and so gave herself a new style after her priorities changed.

She said: ‘I used to dress like a reality star because I wanted to be one and be on Love Island. But now I’m making documentaries, so I want to look cool and respectable.’

The TV star also revealed that she hates the idea of dressing your age and insisted that she will still wear miniskirts when she is 80.

Olivia has always been incredibly outspoken with her fan base about having veneers, lip filler and Botox to maintain the look that got her noticed by Love Island producers.

However, last month she admitted that she regretted some of her previous cosmetic procedures when she opened up about her previous surgeries.

In her latest documentary series The Price of Perfection, Olivia meets people who go to great lengths to achieve the ‘perfect’ body.

And during an appearance on Good Morning Britain, Olivia discussed her own experiences with cosmetic surgery, admitting she was ‘unwise’ and didn’t always have the ‘best taste’.

She said: ‘I’m based on my own experiences in the doctor and I talk about the fact that I had a breast enlargement when I was very young.

‘I went too big and was badly advised, and I had to do it again later. Then I just put the injectables on the face.

‘Some of the injectable things I did, maybe earlier around Love Island time, weren’t done by the best people. I didn’t have the best taste.’

Asked by host Richard Madeley why she chose to undergo procedures, Olivia explained: “As a young woman at the time, I was not satisfied with what was given to me by nature.”

She continued, “I think that’s something that a lot of women deal with and especially at the time, the fashion and the pressure, I felt like having a fuller chest would make me feel more feminine, which was the case at the time.

‘At this age, ironically, and I’m making the documentary about plastic surgery, I now think the way I look is the least interesting thing about myself.

“Whereas when I was younger it was the most important thing. I think that also comes with age and self-confidence.’
