Olivia assured her 2 million Instagram followers on Friday that she would be “back soon” after concerns for the star grew amid her continued absence from social media.
She dismissed false claims that her departure had anything to do with Covid, posting online: “To be clear, Olivia has not left the jungle for Covid reasons.”
It was falsely claimed that Olivia was not allowed back in the camp after breaking the molded Covid bubble – but that was not her reason for leaving.
She expressed her sense of utter disappointment in a statement shared on her profile earlier this week, which read: “To say Olivia is heartbroken would be an understatement.

Viewers voted Olivia to become the camp’s first VIP member to see her sleeping on a desert island before finally arriving in the Australian jungle.
She was ready to tackle the challenges of living in the jungle and told MailOnline ahead of time that she believed the whole experience would suit her, rather than adversely affect her ADHD.
Olivia said, “I hope the jungle really suits me because the things that overexcite me are too much blue light, phone, laptops, TV, caffeine, alcohol, too much sugar, all those things in our daily lives make me a little wild, when there’s none of that in the jungle.
‘I love nature and animals, so I hope it will have a nice effect on me.’
The star, who rose to fame on ITV2’s Love Island in 2017, doubted she could win because she saw herself as a ‘little fish in a big pond’ but hoped she would be in the show, which she said will be five years in the making. would open new doors.
She added: ‘I don’t think I will win. I’ve paved my way for the past five years. I wouldn’t say I’m a household name just yet, but this show will expose me to a whole new audience that could go very well or badly.”
