Olivia Attwood admits she’s ‘nervous’ to share her face with fans after undergoing a string of ‘tweakments’ during her Christmas break
Olivia Attwood has revealed she is ‘nervous’ about showing her face on social media after undergoing a series of ‘adjustments’ over the festive period.
After a busy end to 2024, the former Love Island star, 33, said she had made the most of her time off by revamping her look, but she hasn’t shared the results with her followers for fear she would make them ‘sick to make’. ‘
Olivia said that after ringing in the new year, she only needs a few more days to get back to work, and it’s been “nice to get herself back on track,” with some downtime.
Olivia posted a photo of her dog Lola and wrote, “I’ve been so in my off season you have no idea. So nervous about my ability to rejoin society.
“That’s why I didn’t really show my face here, because I didn’t want to make you sick.
‘There have been so many aesthetic beauty/wellness/detox treatments that I feel like one of those 90s babies that jelly aliens played with.

The former Love Island star said she’s just days away from work after ringing in the new year, and it’s been ‘nice to put herself back together’ with some downtime
“I was partying so much in November/early December that it was nice to put myself back together because the schedule from hell is starting again.”
Olivia went on to share that one of the treatments she opted for was vascular varicose vein removal, a laser treatment that helps remove prominent veins.
Olivia posted a short video of the procedure, writing, “Something I wanted to take care of in my ‘off season’ lol was these bloody varicose veins that keep popping up. I think a lot of the ones on my chest come from old sun damage.
“So my dear @sadaf_jaffari had vascular varicose veins removed by Cutera. And honestly… they disappeared before my eyes, almost without any interruption.”
It came after Olivia shut down the constant questions she receives about starting a family with a stern response in an Instagram post on Monday.
The 33-year-old TV host and reality star declared “enjoy the wild workaholic, binge rat while you can” as she responded to the baby questions.
While she is grateful for the support and love from fans eager to know more about her future plans, Olivia shared her frustration with how often she is asked.
Olivia, known for her appearance on Love Island in 2017, is known for her many television shows on ITV, the podcast So Wrong, It’s Right and her regular appearances on Loose Women.

The beauty, who is married to footballer Bradley Dack, insisted she just wants to focus on her work and marriage, rather than a baby.
After a Q&A, Olivia wrote: “I had such a strong reaction to that baby question and people were like, oh, you should ignore that one strange person – but to put it in perspective…
‘If I were to create a question box and I received 500 questions, 100 would be about babies. I’m not fucking you. I’ll screen the recording next time. But my 2p on this matter is…’
She added, “As far as *me personally* I’m not offended. A big part of what I do and its success is having you guys come into my life.
“And sharing some of my most personal moments: my wedding, my home, my family, through my TV shows, my podcast, here on Instagram.
‘You’re in it with me – and that’s why I get it!! You’re excited about that next chapter of my life and when it will begin, and I really love it. However >>>
‘It’s a bit boring!!!! There’s so much to be excited about right now! I do things no one thought I would do (least of all me)
‘And I don’t have any heartache around motherhood because it’s not something I desire – my love and my energy goes 100% into my career and my husband and getting that damn bag [laughing emoji].
‘And that’s why that question comes to me, but for many women that is not the case! So we MUST be more careful with this question.
“Bringing people into the world is very gangsta and fuck me, I respect mothers’ s*** – but it’s not the only reason for women to live and breathe. We can do a lot of cool things now, FYI!!!!
“And you’ll wish I’d forced Brad to back off when I’m in mommy time – so enjoy the wild workaholic/binge-drinking rat while you can. The end xxxx love you xxxx’
Olivia went from taking part in an ITV reality show to hosting her own show in less than six years – with her latest show Bad Boyfriends airing this year.
While many former Love Island contestants have struggled to come to terms with sudden fame, the Celebs Go Dating star revealed she found the whole process ‘liberating’.

Olivia, who started working for Monster as a Grid Girl at the age of 19, previously said on Caroline Hiron’s Glad We Had This Chat podcast: ‘I worked for a lot of energy drink companies going around F1, and it was a very restrictive existence.
‘We all had to look the same, we had to have the same nail color, the same hair color. There was one uniform size. It was busy.
‘It was like water running off a duck’s back. So when I came out of Love Island I had the experience of going in with so many thousands of followers and coming out as a million, so that was very surreal.
‘But I found the whole thing quite liberating because for the first time it was me as an individual and what I had to say was important to people.
“It was exciting and I think I’ve adapted quite well, you know. The hardest thing for me coming out of that show was the relationship and trying to navigate that, and then that fell apart and that was just messy.”
