Older brother of millionaire real estate twins accused of sexual assault is dragged into new allegations by Oscar De La Hoya’s accuser who claims she was gang-raped by all three siblings in ‘coordinated attack’

Days after millionaire real estate twins Oren and Alon Alexander were accused of raping multiple women, their older brother Tal has been hit with a lawsuit accusing him of raping and assaulting a woman in a “coordinated sexual attack” that left everyone involved were involved. three of the brothers.

Court documents filed today in New York Supreme Court and obtained by DailyMail.com accuse all three real estate brothers of vaginally and orally raping plaintiff Angelica Parker in an attack that, she claims, occurred around the fall of 2012.

It is the second blow to the high-profile family in as many days after it emerged last night that Florida lawyer Jim Ferraro has withdrawn his representation of Oren and Alon, both 36, after 30 women came forward with rape allegations after the brothers were hit with a first lawsuit filed by two.

But according to the new complaint filed by Parker, “While news of the Alexander brothers’ propensity to rape women has thus far focused on Oren and Alon, Tal Alexander has also participated in raping and sexually assaulting women, including Mrs. Parker.”

A new lawsuit filed Tuesday accuses Tal Alexander of participating in a gang rape of a woman, Angelica Parker, with his younger twin brothers

Oren and Alon, both 36, (pictured with Tal, centre) have since been accused of rape by 30 more women after being hit with an initial lawsuit filed by two alleged victims this month.

In a complaint similar to one filed by Rebecca Mandel and Karen Whiteman last week, Parker claims she was “raped by Alon and Tal Alexander together, in a coordinated attack that was planned and facilitated by Oren Alexander along with his brothers.”

Mandel claims she met Oren and Alexander in 2009 at a now closed club, SL, when she was just 18 years old.

She said she continued to encounter the twins at parties and encountered them again in September 2020 at SL, where Alon “intentionally drugged Plaintiff’s beverage with an unknown substance, resulting in significant harm to her physical and mental being.”

She claims the twins then took her to their apartment where the attack took place.

Meanwhile, Whiteman has claimed she was raped by the two in 2012 at a ‘castle’ in the Hamptons, owned by Ivan Wilzig and known as ‘Sir Ivan’s Castle’.

She said she met the brother in New York in 2008 and repeatedly declined Oren’s requests to go out with him.

Today, Parker becomes the first complainant to accuse Tal, 37, of participating in his twins’ alleged crimes.

The New York-based model, formerly known as Angelica Cecora, previously made headlines in 2012 when she accused famed boxer Oscar De La Hoya of battery and false imprisonment in a lawsuit she would ultimately lose.

Angelica Parker, formerly known as Angelica Cecora, was known as the woman who sued famed boxer Oscar De La Hoya in 2012 for battery and false imprisonment in a legal battle that she ultimately lost

She was ultimately ordered to pay the boxer’s legal fees and a $500 fine after a judge ruled her lawsuit was “completely without merit.”

In her new filing against the three siblings, Parker claims she met Oren on or around 2012 and they dated briefly.

That fall, she says, he invited her to his Manhattan apartment, where he lived with Alon and Tal.

She claims she went with a friend named only YL. The twins ‘asked them if they wanted to take ecstasy. Mrs. Parker and her friend said no.”

The lawsuit goes on to say that Alon made drinks for the group and began hitting on YL to an extent that made her “uneasy and scared” and caused her to leave the apartment.

After her friend left, Parker alleges, she was raped by along and Tal “during a coordinated attack planned and facilitated by Oren Alexander along with his brothers.”

Her lawsuit states: “That day, Alon Alexander orally and vaginally raped Ms. Parker. While he vaginally raped Ms. Parker, Tal orally raped M. Parker.”

Oren is accused of watching the rapes.

In later years, Parker said, she learned that the brothers had made “several defamatory statements” about her, “needlessly telling her friends that they had had sex with her, without, of course, explaining that the whole thing was even an orchestrated gang rape.” used to be.’

Lawyers for Parker have also accused Tal of trying to “pre-empt” the filing by sending an email to his employees on June 16.

“It appears that the defendants in this case are already in the process of shaming our client because she has experienced more than one trauma in her life,” her lawyer Michael J Willemin told DailyMail.com, referring to her previous case with De La Hoya.

“This isn’t ‘he said, she said.’ According to reports, dozens of women have confirmed the Alexander brothers’ preference for sexually assaulting women.”

In new allegations that emerged last week, an anonymous insider claimed that Oren Alexander would bring drugs to parties and give them to women, despite not using them himself

The Alexander twins, 36, were accused in a lawsuit of raping a woman together in 2012 at Sir Ivan Wilzig’s castle in the Hamptons, where they reportedly held extravagant sex parties that rivaled the stuff of Eyes Wide Shut.

Parker – pictured in 2012 – was ultimately ordered to pay the boxer’s legal costs, as well as a $500 fine, after a judge ruled her lawsuit was ‘completely without merit’

“Furthermore, as alleged in the complaint filed today, it was common knowledge among many people who spent time with the Alexander brothers that they regularly sexually assaulted women. We have no doubt that Angelica will prevail in this matter.”

Willemin further referred to Parker’s failed 2012 lawsuit, saying, “If the sexual abuse charges had been filed against De La Hoya today, I am confident they would not have been dismissed.”

Oren resigned from Official Partners, the company he founded last week with his brother Tal.

According to a statement from Parker’s law firm Wigdor LLP, two days ago “on June 16, 2024, Tal sent an email to colleagues that said, in part: ‘I have no doubt that, given my close relationship with my brothers, at some point lawyers or many lawyers will soon try to lump me in with the accusations against Alon and Oren.’

According to Wigdor, Tal was aware of the impending lawsuit in which he was named when he sent this email in a “public relations stunt intended to ‘pre-empt’ today’s filing.”

The statement continues: “The reality is that the Alexander brothers’ modus operandi is to engage in coordinated group sexual assaults, and this is well known to many who spent time with the brothers.”

Willemin said: ‘Today’s lawsuit is intended to send a message that the law applies even to the very wealthy and well-connected, including the Alexanders.

“We applaud Angelica’s courage in coming forward as we have no doubt that the Alexanders will amass an army of PR reps and private investigators to launch a victim-shaming campaign.”

A spokesperson for Tal said: ‘It’s unfortunate but completely expected that shakedown artists will be lining up given the allegations against Tal’s brothers. However, Tal has done absolutely nothing wrong, and anyone hoping to spread outrageous lies in the hope of a quick payday will be disappointed.”

Isabelle Kirshner at Clayman Rosenberg Kirshner & Linder is the attorney representing the brothers.

In a statement to DailyMail.com, she said: We have reviewed the allegations in the complaint and deny them as they are pure fiction. Based on our preliminary review, we are aware that Ms. Parker is a professional claimant who has previously been sanctioned for filing unsubstantiated claims.

“She has made at least two similar claims against two separate individuals. We look forward to presenting the facts in court.”
