An Ohio woman who hit her ex-neighbor with a 10-pound ground meat stick in a Walmart chip shop has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was given a suspended sentence.

Maneka Garner, 27, was at the store in South Euclid in May 2021 and saw Precious Jackson, 37, and her daughter, 7.

The 27-year-old confronted Precious in the chip pad and tried to spit on her, then threatened to hit the mother and child. Then she took a meat stick from Jackson’s cart and hit her in the face with it “a few times.”

On Tuesday, Garner pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to a 30-day suspended prison sentence and one year of probation and fined $155.

The 27-year-old was initially charged with assault and violating a restraining order, according to police documents.

Previously, Jackson had received a restraining order against the suspect when she lived downstairs in a duplex.

Garner told police she believed this warrant had expired, according to arrest records.

Chaos broke out at another Walmart in Ferguson in October when up to 25 customers began fighting and setting off fire extinguishers in a tumult that resigned twice.

The brawls took place shortly after a minor incident that was handled internally without calling the police.

Footage filmed at the supermarket chain at West Florissant Avenue and now viral shows huge numbers of people hitting, kicking and punching each other.

Objects are thrown as scraps break out and some of those involved hit each other with heavy-looking objects.

Yelling and swearing can be heard throughout the video as the violent brawl continues.

The clip ends with the groups of people running out of the store after the fighting has seemingly ended.
