Offset has now admitted that he lied when he claimed his wife Cardi B was cheating on him in a social media post.
The 31-year-old Migos rapper said in a since-deleted post, “My wife f****dan**** on me gang y’all don’t know how I cum,” which led Cardi to shoot back saying he’s ” spiraled’.
While cooler heads eventually prevailed, the rapper (born Kiari Kendrell Cephus) appeared on the Way Up with Angela Yee podcast, where he admitted he was fighting with his wife and “stabbed” on tequila when he made the post to make her angry.
“That post, to be honest… that’s my wife. I love her dearly, but we go back and forth and if you have a woman from New York, you know, she’s a pit bull in the mouth,” Offset admitted.
“She goes a little crazy with her mouth and I was really excited that night. I was excited, had some Casamigos here and there,” he admitted.

“I was lit and we go back and forth and I thought, ‘Look at this,'” he said, referring to the post he later deleted.
“She has a funny mouth, but in the end I love my wife. But she’s crazy, man. I’m crazy. We love each other,” Offset admitted.
After sending the post, Cardi B took to Twitter spaces to set the record straight on Offset’s post.
“First of all, I want to say that you cannot accuse me of all the things you know you are guilty of. Sing it with me, everyone! And I see it’s easy for you to blame everything on me. Yes, love!’ she began, referring to Offset’s previous cheating accusations.
‘Listen. Don’t mind that country man, y’all’ and added: Offset is ‘spiraling and thinking that’s not true’.
‘Come on. I’m Cardi B. I think sometimes moms forget I’m Cardi B. If I gave this p**** to someone it would be out. I’m not just anybody,” she added.
The Bodak Yellow hitmaker said she is “unable to hook up with an ordinary degular shmegular man because he would tell the world.”
She also said she “can’t sleep with anyone in the industry because they’d tell too.”

Offset added that he didn’t elaborate on the situation beyond the deletion of the post, adding, “The deletion is enough because at the end of the day those people don’t really know what’s really going on with us is.’
He also addressed his infidelity after he tied the knot with Cardi B in 2017, saying, “When I did that, I was in a different space.”
‘I was young. I was just married. I get a lot of money,” he said, adding that he struggled to communicate his “wants and needs.”
