A female Metropolitan Police officer who set up an OnlyFans account called ‘Officer Naughty’ is facing disciplinary action over claims she failed to investigate indecent revelations by murderous officer Wayne Couzens.
Sam Lee, who was an agent in the South Area Command Unit, is charged with ‘failing to conduct proper investigative questions’ in March 2021 after Couzens exposed himself to McDonald’s staff.
He flashed twice with the takeaway staff, in February 2021, but despite the police getting his name done, they failed to link the sex crimes to him in time. Days later, he used his warrant card to lure Sarah Everard into his car before kidnapping, raping and murdering her.
Lee is charged at a seven-day misconduct hearing starting May 15 for also “subsequently giving a misleading account of her actions when questioned about it.”

Miss Helena was given “advice on her online safety and security” after provoking anger from her colleagues when she posted a glamorous video in October 2020 showing her tongue piercing while in uniform.
In the video, she was seen smiling and striking various poses, including one in which she showed off a tongue button, even though officers are not allowed to wear them while on duty.
Despite the advice, she had continued to regularly post erotic photos in lingerie and other racy outfits.
But she was tricked by her superiors who discovered her OnlyFans account, which allows users to pay money to subscribe and see her posts.
She was suspended for allegedly discrediting the police. She subsequently quit her role.
