The answers to today’s Strands, game #314, are…

  • MORNING GLOW
  • TWILIGHT
  • AFTERNOON
  • EVENING
  • MORNING
  • DAYBREAK
  • TWILIGHT
  • SPANGRAM: TIMING

  • My rating: Simple
  • My score: Perfect

Today’s Strands was fun, but to compensate, the setters gave us our money’s worth by putting the words into some interesting hairpins – it was almost therapeutic. Hands up if you tried tapping Daylight instead of DAYBREAK (I may have done this, cough).

I’m a TWILIGHT type – not the sexy vampires – it’s the classic procrastinator moment of the day, the regret of the wasted day, the promise of an evening where you can forget the wasted day.

How did you do today? Send me an email and let me know.

Yesterday’s NYT Strands Answers (Friday, January 10, Game #313)
