NYT Strands Today (Game #300) – The Answers
The answers to today’s Strands, game #300, are…
- LAVENDER
- PATCHOULI
- CEDAR WOOD
- EUCALYPTUS
- SPANGRAM: AROMATHERAPY
- My rating: Simple
- My score: Perfect
There are approximately 90 essential oils, all with numerous benefits. Of the four we looked at today, CEDARWOOD helps with focus, LAVENDER relieves stress, and EUCALYPTUS helps congestion. In other words, if you’re stuck with Strands, try unblocking with some essential oils.
Meanwhile, PATCHOULI was popular in the hippie era because it covered up the smell of smoke and alcohol – and undoubtedly left it unwashed for a few days. It also repels mosquitoes and is beneficial for dry skin.
Interestingly, King Tutankhamun was buried in his golden royal tomb, accompanied by 45 liters of patchouli. He had some annoying habits or very dry skin.
