The oldest commercial breakfast CEREAL Grape-Nuts does not appear in the current list of pulverized oats, tempered rice, roasted corn, defatted wheat germ and puffed wheat, also called CEREAL, and its many ultra-processed mouthfeel.
Of course, many cultures would never consider eating multi-colored cereal for breakfast – not even Grape-Nuts, which 127 years later have managed to maintain the air of good health in the great outdoors – by consuming eggs, rice or meat-based meals. instead of. Recently, I stuck to a diet plan for two days that recommended salad for breakfast.
Despite its bad reputation, breakfast cereals aren’t always the worst option. Once when I was in a hostel in Amsterdam, I was given the following things for ‘breakfast’: a crispbread, a box of chocolate sprinkles and a can of Heineken. Give me a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch any day.
