NRL star Reagan Campbell-Gillard lists his home in Sydney for $2million after surprise exit from the Parramatta Eels

NRL Gold Coast Titans new recruit Reagan Campbell-Gillard has listed his beautiful pad in Sydney’s south-west with a price guide of $1,999,950 – $2,099,950.

The 31-year-old football champion is selling the stylish four-bedroom, two-bathroom home after announcing his move to Queensland following his surprise departure from the Parramatta Eels in October.

Located 40 miles from the CBD in Harrington Park, near Campbelltown, the custom-built home features a swimming pool, media room and home office.

Campbell-Gillard bought the house with his fiancée Alira Hoskin for $1,955,000 in 2022, just three years after it was completed, reports The Daily Telegraph.

Features include a large bedroom with generous bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.

Built to create an ultra-modern, luxurious atmosphere, design highlights include high ceilings, recycled brick walls and hardwood finishes.

Other features include a spacious open plan living area leading out onto a large patio for al fresco dining.

The large kitchen features a breakfast island and butler’s pantry.

Since announcing his move to Queensland, Campbell-Gillard has also sold his first home in Sydney’s west, which he bought in 2015 for $400,088.

Located in Claremont Meadows, near Penrith, the four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment went under the hammer for $1.176 million.

Since 2023, the footy champion has been using the house as an investment property, offering it $720 per week.

Campbell-Gillard, who started his NRL career with the Panthers in 2015, brings plenty of experience at the top level.

He has 221 NRL appearances to his name, representing New South Wales and the Kangaroos.

The burly forward was released from the final year of his contract at Parramatta following the arrival of new coach Jason Ryles, who had deemed him surplus to requirements.

Campbell-Gillard bought the house with his fiancée Alira Hoskin for $1,955,000 just three years after it was completed in 2022, The Daily Telegraph reported on Wednesday.

That came even after Campbell-Gillard had an excellent season for the Eels engine room, playing in 24 games and being crowned Player of the Year.

Although he was linked with a move to St George Illawarra, he instead signed a three-year deal to join Gold Coast Titans earlier this year.

It comes as the Queensland Titans have worked to develop their squad after falling to 14th on the NRL ladder last season.

In August 2021, the footy star’s darling Alira shared with her social media followers that the couple were expecting their first child.

The news came just four months after the happy couple revealed they were engaged.

She later shared a photo of herself showing off a beautiful diamond as the couple enjoyed dinner at The Restaurant Pendolino in Sydney.

The brunette beauty captioned her post, “My person…for life,” along with an engagement emoji.

The couple welcomed their second child in 2023.
