NRL star Nicho Hynes is widely regarded as one of the code’s more handsome men – and he didn’t disappoint as he dressed in a dapper suit at his ‘best friend’s’ wedding.
Hynes, 28, took to Instagram after the wedding where he is thought to have been a groomsman – and there was clearly love in the air.
“One of the best days of my life, standing next to my best friend watching him tie the knot,” the Sharks halfback posted alongside a series of photos from the big day.
“Can we do it all again?”
Among the images was Hynes sharing a tender moment with his new love interest Piper Wallis.
One footy fan couldn’t resist and posted in response: ‘Maybe we’ll see you do it soon??
The star halfback is known for being protective of his private life, but he was spotted strolling around Sydney with Wallis and friends earlier this month.
Wallis had just returned from a trip to Europe and posted a photo of Hynes eating to an Instagram Story.

Wallis is a 23-year-old advertising specialist and regularly attends Sharks NRL home games
She recently returned from a European trip and was spotted in Sydney with Hynes
Hynes has been single for much of his playing career, although he has previously been linked to beauty entrepreneur Morgan Belier and television host Marlee Silva.
The only women Hynes has shown in his life are his troubled mother and niece Bobbie.
Hynes’ early career was hit by mental obstacles and he has spoken openly about his depression as a young, rising star. he struggled to cope with his stepfather’s tragic death as a child and his mother’s legal troubles, which left her in and out of prison during his childhood.
“I would never want to do that to anyone,” he said.
Hynes, who was born in Gosford, said he didn’t leave the NSW Central Coast until he was about 20 years old.
“My mother and father separated when I was very young, I think I was about two years old,” he said.
His mother started dating Brendan, a truck driver, and the family moved to Maitland – before tragedy struck.
Brendan fell asleep at the wheel during a shift and died.
“My mother was obviously quite distraught and I had to go back and live with the father and my stepmother,” Hynes said.
“My mother was in and out of prison from the time I was five until I was 12 years old. I had to live without a mother for almost my entire primary school life.’
Hynes said he was “very lucky” to have someone to live with because he “could easily have gone down the wrong path.”
“I wouldn’t be sitting here today,” he said during an interview three years ago.
