NRL champion Josh Hodgson scored a big win by selling his Canberra pad for a cool $1.7 million on Saturday.

Hodgson, 33, auctioned off the four-bedroom, two-bathroom house after leaving the Canberra Raiders last year to join his new team, Sydney’s Parramatta Eels.

The British-born big league star purchased the 600-square-foot block in the Canberra suburb of Denman Prospect in 2021, Allhomes reports.

Hodgson and his wife, Kirby, are the latest to build the stylish two-story home on the property with builders McDonald Jones Homes.

Located 9 miles from Canberra’s CBD, the chic custom-built home features a spectacular designer kitchen, stone worktops, a double oven and a huge butler’s pantry.
