Braith Anasta was spotted drinking coffee in Coogee over the weekend with WBFF Pro Jenna Davies and Trainer Sean McInroy.
The meeting came ahead of the launch of his fitness app Strong Dad.
A casual yet stylish Anasta, 41, was happily immersed in some beach banter.
The former NRL star turned pundit was dressed in a black hoodie paired with track pants and a white t-shirt.
He completed the relaxed look with sunglasses and fresh sneakers.

Jenna is a fitness model and has her own company called Big Uppetite.
She leads an expert team of creatives, innovators and strategists respected in the health and fitness industry to build high-growth companies in the industry.
Braith recently celebrated his 41st birthday with friends and family and rented out a boat in Sydney Harbour.
Before getting on the boat with his friends, he started his day by celebrating his birthday at home with his daughters Aleeia and Gigi.
The girls presented their loving father with a birthday cake before going to his friends.

It comes after Braith broke up with longtime fiancé Rachael Lee.
Rachael has since moved on with Sydney-based bricklayer Blake Hillen.
A source told Daily Mail Australia last year that Rachael and Blake, who live in the Sutherland Shire, have been ‘inseparable’ since the brunette announced her shock split with the NRL star.
Rachael, who shares four-year-old daughter Gigi with the former Roosters player, unfollowed Braith on Instagram and removed any mention of his name in her account bio.

In September, the rugby league pundit confirmed that the pair were struggling following rumors that they had split.
“Like many couples, we are going through a rough patch,” he said on Instagram.
He insisted the couple had not broken up, but were “trying to work this out for us and more importantly, for our beautiful family and wonderful children.”
