Bought for $1.8 million in 2009 by the former host of the Footy Show, the apartment is one of three in the block and is accessed by a private elevator.
The Vautins have sold the property so they can buy elsewhere and build their “dream house.”
Originally a vacation retreat for the couple, the house is located one block from beautiful Nobby Beach.
The penthouse covers two floors and has a huge roof terrace on the top floor, a bedroom and an extra storage room.

The level below has a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a master suite, all with private balconies.
An avid innovator, Kim Vautin has given the penthouse a few makeovers over the years to keep the place up to date.
The spectacular 360-degree views from the large terrace were a big draw for the couple when they first bought the property.
