NRL fans are destroying Wests Tigers after a BIG mistake with their new ANZAC Day jersey

Footy fans are firing at ‘disrespectful’ Wests Tigers after spotting a BIG mistake with their new ANZAC Day jersey: ‘We’re a laughingstock’

Wests Tigers have taken a beating on social media after eagle-eyed fans claimed to have noticed a major flaw with their ANZAC Day jersey.

The NRL fighters – who have lost their first five games of the new season – premiered their special jersey ahead of this month’s ANZAC round which featured an image of two soldiers running away from a helicopter.

However, the photo used appears to be of US soldiers, taken during a desert storm, while a Twitter user discovered that the helicopter pictured is a USS Lassen – used by the US military.

And now footy fans have labeled the club as ‘disrespectful’ for the apparent confusion.
