Cronulla fans hail Nicho Hynes after Dally M winner’s heroics helped Sydney Roosters win: ‘He’s worth EVERY penny’
Nicho Hynes put in another performance for the Sharks as the Dally M winner’s dancing feet helped secure the victory over the Roosters.
Hynes, 26, was awarded a mega contract earlier this month after bagging footy’s top individual award late last year, and fans have seen even more evidence confirming he’s worth every penny of his new deal.
Trailing by two points as the clock ran down, Hynes evaded a tackle before charging onto the field and passing to Blayke Brailey, who had the simple task of scoring for his side.
Britain’s Nikora then put daylight between Cronulla and the Roosters with a late score – which Hynes converted – as Craig Fitzgibbon’s side ran out 22-12 winners.
